I moisturize my skin after shower using a combination of body oil and body butter or a moisturizer and especially after I use an epilator to remove hair from my legs and arms. Like I mentioned before, this ritual has, over the years made my skin suppler and added a shine to it. It is not as amazing as models flaunt and there is still some room to improve. My Experience with Tree Hut Moroccan Rose Shea Body Butter:
This product comes in a tub packaging – the kind which is common for body butters. It has a twist-up lid and closes securely. It has a texture of a usual body butter – thick like a cold cream. It is white in color and smells of roses which is amazing.
It claims to contain Argan Oil, Rose and Certified Organic Shea Butter which I am hopeful are true because, it does make my skin smooth. It claims to maintain skin moisture for 24 hours which sounds far-fetched, but it does provide long-lasting moisture to skin. It contains Certified Organic Shea Butter and is rich in Vitamins A, E, and F to help collagen production and promote skin elasticity. Shea Butter softens, smoothens, and helps strengthen skin. Moroccan (argan) Oil helps to increase skin’s elasticity and balances skin to help ease inflammation. Rose Hip Oil refines skin’s texture and helps to retain a natural sheen. It is paraben free and has no formaldehyde donors.
The fragrance of this products is very pleasing and is a huge selling point of this product – it reminds me of The Body Shop British Rose body butter. I use it right after I epilate my legs or a vigorous scrub. I massage a generous amount this lotion mixed with massage oil.I also use it in copious amounts after using a body scrub or after a scalding hot water shower. This makes my skin smoother, prevents hair stubbles or bruises.
I enjoy this product a lot because, it contains goodness of several natural products. It contains Shea butter which moisturizes skin, Moroccan (Argan) Oil which helps to increase skin’s elasticity and balances skin to help ease inflammation and Rose Hip Oil improves skin’s texture. The fragrance and longevity of this lotion are another plus points.
