How are you doing? I am very thankful to IMBB for putting up my review and to all you guys for reading it. Last few days were really busy for me, with so much work load 🙁 , but now I have some free time. I am a lip gloss lover and I have many lip glosses from various brands. Today I’m reviewing, NYX Lip Gloss RLG19 Apricot Abricot which was gifted to me by my friend.
So let’s see how it worked for me..
Price: INR 450 for 2.5 ml. (Not too sure as I got it as a gift)
Ingredients: Polybutene, Mineral Oil / Paraffinum Liquidum / Huile Minérale, Diisostearyl Malate, Hydrogenated Polydecene, Polyglyceryl-2 Triisostearate, Pentaerythrityl Tetraisostearate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Ceresin, Silica Dimethyl Silylate, C18-38 Alkyl Hydroxystearoyl Stearate, Tocopheryl Acetate, BHA, Benzyl Alcohol, Limonene, Fragrance / Parfum. MAY CONTAIN /PEUT CONTENIR (+/-): Mica, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, 77492, 77499), Red 6 (CI 15850), Red 7 Lake (CI 15850), Red 28 Lake (CI 45410), Red 36 Lake (CI 12085), Blue 1 Lake (CI 42090), Yellow 5 Lake (CI 19140), Carmine (CI 75470).

My Experience With NYX Lip Gloss RLG19 Apricot Abricot:
The gloss comes in a thick plastic tube which look like glass with black cap.The name and code is written on a sticker, at the bottom of the tube. The wand is quite nice, which picks up enough gloss to coat lips perfectly and evenly.
The gloss is orang-ish pink in color. There is no sparkle in it, which I personally like. It is nicely pigmented, but it does not cover dark and pigmented lips. I wish it to be a little more pigmented, as I have dark lips. It gives a great shine to my lips.It has fruity smell, which fades after a few minutes.
It has a smooth texture and non-sticky as well. It spread on my lips like butter. It moisturizes my lips so well. Even when it fades, my lips remain moisturized. The staying power of the product is very low. It stays on my lips only for two hours without a meal.
Pros of NYX Lip Gloss RLG19 Apricot Abricot:
- Affordable.
- Nicely pigmented.
- Good applicator.
- Moisturizing.
- No glitters.
- Fruity fragrance is a pro for me.
- Excellent texture.
Cons of NYX Lip Gloss RLG19 Apricot Abricot:
- Low staying power.
- Not suitable for dark and pigmented lips.

Would I Repurchase NYX Lip Gloss RLG19 Apricot Abricot?
No, not this shade. I will try some other shades from this range.

Yes, if you are comfortable to reapplying it every 2 hours.
