I recently went out shopping for a good perfume and bought Ulric De Varens EDP. I wasn’t really aware of this one, but the salesman at Shopper’s Stop forced me to give it a try and that’s how I ended up with this product.

Product Description:

A fresh and subtle fragrance for the woman of taste. This perfume by Ulric De Varens is timeless. It has the freshness of juicy pears enhanced by the mix of royal rose and jasmine, lily of valley and a sensuous base of musk. The fragrance is enchanting.

Price:

Rs. 750 for 75 ml.

Shelf Life:

5 years.

Ingredients:

Alcohol Denat, Aqua (water), Parfum ( Fragrance), Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Citral, Alpha- Isomethyl- Ionone, Citronellol, Coumarin, Geraniol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Linalool, Limonene, CI 60730, CI 14700 ( FD & C RED 4).

My Experience with Ulric De Varens Pour Elle Eau De Parfum:

I love buying perfumes and I prefer strong and long-lasting ones. This perfume definitely lives up to my preference. It comes in a transparent glass bottle with a steel handle attached to it, although I don’t have any idea, why this design? Anyway, the bottle does not have any cap which is a negative point and is also very fragile, so not recommendable for travel purpose.

The perfume is in pink which is the main attraction. The opening is fruity-sour, but quickly the flowers set in, soon accompanied by the musk. It requires 3 to 4 sprays. I find the rose and jasmine aroma most evident. As for the longevity, it lasts for 4 to 5 hours after which the fragrance fades and become much lighter. I can even smell the fragrance on my cloth the next day.

The silage is weak but I don’t mind as it’s a beautiful scent at an amazing price. I can just repeat its a beautiful fragrance, long-lasting, flowery, feminine, comforting and perfectly suitable for young and beautiful women.
