Vaseline Moisture Therapy Heel Cream Review
By Ragini K.
I am not a frequent writer on IMBB, but I am sure a regular reader. This time I wanted to share my experience with you all on Vaseline Moisture Therapy Heel Cream. I had wanted to do so for so long, but was procrastinating as I had recently moved to Pune and got hell busy.
I have never had seriously cracked heels but yeah my feet get a little rough on the heels and the roughness is felt the most when feet rub against the bed sheet or blankets. Don’t you hate that feeling so much! To get rid of this roughness, I decided to buy this Vaseline Moisture Therapy. When I hear Vaseline, my mind straight away thinks of heavy moisturization which was exactly what I needed for my feet. So, let’s dive into the review now and read on to find out how effective it was.
This cream claims to provide instant relief and Visible Results in 7 days. As the pack says :
- Helps repair damaged skin cells.
- Uniformly fills cracks for better action.
- Gives touchably soft and smooth heels.
- Smoothens skin to avoid skin irritation from bed sheet/blanket.
- Forms a layer to protect from water.
Rs. 45 (for 20 gm).
My Experience with Vaseline Moisture Therapy Heel Cream:
The cream claims to show visible results in 7 days and believe me I have been using it for almost 20 days now and I am so NOT impressed. As I mentioned, I only needed it to smoothen my heels, so they don’t rub roughly against the bedsheet, etc., but I don’t think it has helped me in that aspect. I generally use it before getting to bed in the hope of waking up with smooth heels in the morning, but the effect of this cream lasts for around 2 hours of applying it and there is no significant softness or smoothness in my heels the next day. It has not worked on my heels over this period of 20 days that I have used it.
Pros of Vaseline Moisture Therapy Heel Cream:
- Comes from the brand Vaseline.
- Not expensive, can be given a try.
- Can temporarily smoothen the heels.
Cons of Vaseline Moisture Therapy Heel Cream:
- Didn’t do anything for my rough heels over time.
- I am not sure if it would work for severely cracked heels.
Will I Buy Vaseline Moisture Therapy Heel Cream Again?
Nope. It didn’t work for me at all. I will look for better alternatives. In fact all the IMBBians, please suggest me a good budget heel cream to get smooth heels.
