My Vatika Naturals story started with picking up Vatika Naturals Argan Shampoo. After using it for few days only, I went back and purchased the Vatika Naturals Garlic Shampoo. The later one proved to be even better and I naturally started waiting for my next trip to mommy-land to grab few more from the range. This time, I got hold of Vatika Naturals Egg Shampoo, Vatika Naturals Reetha and Shikakai Shampoo and Vatika Naturals Black Seed Shampoo. Today, I will review the ‘Reetha and Shikakai’ variant for black shine.

My Experience with Vatika Naturals Reetha and Shikakai Shampoo:
Starting with the packaging, the burgundy, curvy bottle is eye catching. Seems like Vatika has paid proper attention to the attractiveness of the product and it carries all aesthetics to grab the customers. All necessary information about the shampoo is printed on the bottle. It is travel- safe and spill-proof as the flip open cap closes real tight.
Vatika Naturals Reetha and Shikakai Shampoo is beige coloured. It doesn’t possess a really thick consistency and a light squeeze of the soft plastic bottle dispenses generous amount of the product. It has insignificantly noticeable herbal scent which isn’t bothersome in any manner. This creamy shampoo lathers rich with the regular amount required with any shampoo. It rinses clean and leaves behind a squeaky clean scalp and tresses. When it comes to the results of Vatika Naturals Reetha and Shikakai Shampoo, a complete win-win situation for dull and lifeless hair.
On the other hand, if you are lucky enough to be the owner of already healthy hair, this one is going to enhance the shine and effect just like we see in media commercials of hair products. With each wash, hair feels softer, silkier and super duper shinier. Yes! The product lives up to the claim of “Black Shine”. If you have an oily scalp and dry, limp and lifeless hair like me, Vatika Naturals Reetha and Shikakai Shampoo is the key to a good hair day.
Even after the hair wash day passes, the shine lasts for a day more though the blow dried effect vanishes from hair. But even then the scalp is oil-free and tresses are soft, detangled and can be styled easily. Vatika Naturals Reetha and Shikakai Shampoo makes frizzy hair manageable, supporting easy styling by keeping hair detangled. It gives a total blow dried hair effect which I found in all Vatika Natural Shampoos from the range. There was no hair fall issue with the product.
