Vega Profession Brush PB 14 Review

How are you all doing? Today, I will review one of my favourite eye makeup brushes from the Vega Professional Range – PB 14. It is ideally a crease brush but can be used in different ways.

The soft, smooth hair of this brush are gathered into a round shape which gives precision shading on lid, in eye crease or along lash line. This brush is ideal for blending eyeliner into eye shadow to create a smoky looking eye.

My Experience with Vega Professional Brush PB 14:

I was on hunt for a good crease brush and explored many options – MAC, Bharat & Dorris, Inglot, Sigma etc but the brushes were extremely expensive and I didn’t want to spend much, so I turned to our very own desi brand Vega. ☺ They do have range of regular brushes which are pretty cheap but at the same time of good quality and they also have a Professional Range which offers mid range priced brushes.

The long handle brush has a perfect round shape with densely packed light brown color bristles. The round shape is small enough to concentrate into the crease area and it is perfect too for defining the outer V. The bristles are very soft and smooth and of great quality. It does not irritate the skin at all. The brush is rightly stiff to define the crease. The bristles does not fray or tear and washing it regularly with mild shampoo also does not have any adverse effects on the brush. The bristles stay intact.

Apart from using it in the crease area, I have used it for defining the Outer V; it even helps in smudging the eye shadow/pencil on the lower lashline. It also helps in applying the highlight color near the tear duct. I am already planning to get other brushes from the professional range.
