Vega is a brand that is within the reach of most people and offers their products at reasonable prices. Not only that, but I have been impressed by the quality they deliver too. I have tried their makeup brushes earlier and was quite satisfied with the results. I wanted a small lip filler brush which can fit easily into small makeup pouch. Vega Reversible Lip Filler Brush PV-23 is just what I wanted.
The lip filler brush came with a simple packaging; the lip liner brush came housed in a plastic cover along with a cardboard sheet that had the description and details. The bristles are made from synthetic fibers. Well, it’s not an issue with me. The handle of the brush is matte black and the barrel is silver colored. It looks sleek and nice with synthetic bristles. It has a long silver metallic cap which doubles up as an extended handle. This metallic cover protects the brush from dust and moisture. As it is covered, the bristles remain clean and intact. The overall look is so elegant. This lip filler brush is really travel-friendly. In fact, it can fit into my jeans pocket as well.
The brush is really good; the bristles are soft yet firm, tightly packed and do not scratch at all and feel soft on lips. I have washed it one or two times and there is absolutely no fallout and even after washing, the bristles are still in the same shape. Washing it is not much of a problem and it dries within an hour. This brush doubles up as a great concealer brush as well since the size of the bristles is just perfect. I use it to apply lipstick and to blend and smudge the lip liner. It applies lipstick perfectly as the size of the bristles is perfect to give a precise application even in the corners of the mouth and applies evenly and does not remove the already applied lipstick from the lips. And because the bristles are slightly longer, the product does not get stuck at the base causing a mess. In all, this is a decent lip brush.
