I had heard a beauty blogger rave about the “Verb Ghost Oil” a while ago. I googled it and found glowing reviews everywhere. I was truly intrigued by the product and I must admit the name added to that mystery 😛 So, I took the plunge and decided to give it a try. Read on to find out whether the Verb Ghost Oil really delivers.
Verb Ghost Oil is a vanishing daily restorative that revitalizes hair from roots to ends. This integrated moringa oil blend enriches the hair shaft with essential nutrients that naturally smooth frizz and promote radiant shine for all hair types.
My Experience with Verb Ghost Oil:
Packaging: This product comes in a sleek and transparent plastic bottle. It has a dispenser pump mechanism which I love as it helps to dispense only the required quantity of the product. The cap shuts tight and there is no risk of any spillage. In today’s world, where companies spend a fortune on making the packaging attractive, this packaging feels slightly minimalistic, but that does not take away from the fact that it is perfectly efficient.
Texture, Fragrance, Performance: When you pump the oil on to your palm, it feels slightly sticky and thick like an oil, but once you apply it to your hair, it feels quite light and disappears into your hair. I typically apply it to my shampooed and slightly damp hair. It spreads easily through my hair and gets absorbed within seconds. It can also be applied to dry hair before combing and I noticed that it helps in de-tangling the hair easily. Only a little quantity is needed to cover the entire hair.
The results of using this hair oil have been great. It manages to control the static in my hair and make them less frizzy. It makes them soft and my hair looks nourished and healthy. It adds a nice glossy shine to the hair. Also, it did not make my hair any greasier or oilier than it normally becomes. I did not notice any aggravated hair fall or irritation either.
The oil has a pleasant floral fragrance which lingers in the hair for some time after application. It is not an overpowering scent and hence sensitive noses should not be bothered much.
Pros of Verb Ghost Oil:
- Feels very lightweight in the hair.
- Easily spreadable.
- Does not make hair greasy or weigh them down.
- Nourishes hair to give a healthy glossy look.
- Controls frizz.
- Nice fragrance.
Cons of Verb Ghost Oil:
