Hope you all are doing great! I am back with Victoria’s Secret brilliant lip shine in the shade “Undress.” This beauty is a shimmery pink color. I am thrilled about the cosmetics range from Victoria’s Secret.  I bought two of these lip shines for myself.  The swatches were enough for me to pick them up, especially under artificial light setting of VS shops, they sizzle even more.  Read on to know more about it.

My Experience with Victoria’s Secret Brilliant Lip Shine – Undress:

Packaging:  This gloss comes in a nice pen type packaging with button on the bottom. You basically need to click the button like a pen to get the gloss into the applicator brush. Initially, it took me good 8 to 10 clicks, but post that, it only takes two clicks to get the gloss out for application. The body of the outer tube is of same color as the gloss which makes life easier while searching through my glosses.

Color:  Undress is a glittery light pink color, but have no gritty feel on the lips. The gloss contains beautiful shimmery pink glitters which are just oh-so-pretty. I just love this color on its own, because they are perfect to provide n*de but shiny lips, apt for those party nights. But you can also top it on your favorite pink lipstick to add shine. On pigmented lips like mine, the base color of the gloss (pink) doesn’t show up much, but the glitters do. I guess this color would suit those with blessed with perfect pink lips, but I don’t mind adding glitters on my bare lips as they makes them super gorgeous and plumped.

Texture:  This lip gloss goes on smooth on application. It is very lightweight and feels comfortable on the lips.  It is non sticky, which is a big plus when it comes to glosses.  It neither left my lips super hydrated, but did not dry out my lips either.

Longevity:  On its own, it gives 2-3 hours of wear time and as it wears off, leaves the shiny shimmers behind on the lips and after sometimes, you can see them around your mouth. This gloss, though doesn’t survive a full meal.

Pros of Victoria’s Secret Brilliant Lip Shine – Undress:

• Nice packaging.
• Travel friendly.
• Imparts brilliant shine on the lips.
• Lightweight and non-sticky formula.
• Doesn’t dry out the lips.
• Makes the lips look plump.
• Affordable.

Cons of Victoria’s Secret Brilliant Lip Shine – Undress:

• Difficult to remove as the shimmer sticks on to the lips (though the shiny stuff doesn’t feel gritty).
• The shimmer starts to spread around the mouth over a period of time.
• Ingredient list not mentioned on the tube.
• Doesn’t survive meal.
• Not available in India.

Would I Repurchase Victoria’s Secret Brilliant Lip Shine – Undress?

I would love to have a shimmery pink with me at every point in time.
