Victoria’s Secret Endless Love Body wash was one of the additional body washes that I had picked up along with VS Aqua Kiss body wash. With regards to body washes, I have mostly preferred Dove as they suit my dry skin. Since I liked the fragrances from VS Fantasies collection, I picked up some of their body washes to see how well they fare apart from smelling good. Though the name ‘Endless Love’ sounded very adoring I was apprehensive if it would work equally well.
250ml bottle is priced at $14.
My Experience with Victoria’s Secret Endless Love Body Wash:
The packaging is a standard VS Fantasies collection bottle with a golden colored cap. The theme of the body wash focuses on apple blossoms and ylang ylang flowers. However, the body wash comes in a blue colored bottle with magenta white flower on it’s cover. It has a flip top nozzle, which makes it easy to use. The body wash liquid has a gorgeous blue color to it, but when it lathers it turns white in color.
I usually take a very small amount of the body wash on the loofah and then work it to make a lather. The body wash foams decently and cleans well. After rinsing I do not find any residue of body wash sticking on my skin. My skin does not feel super dry and smells good. Like the VS Aqua Kiss body wash, this body wash too has aloe vera and vitamin E content to provide moisturization.
The body wash has a very fresh, clean and floral fragrance to it. Though after the wash, I do not smell a lot of fragrance, but a faint aroma continues to linger on my skin. The fragrance of the body wash cannot be categorized as a typical fragrance of apple blossoms or ylang ylang. However, it is pleasant and very reviving. The body wash fragrance can be further enhanced by layering it with the fragrance mist or the body lotion.
This body wash can be used throughout the year, but I think it is more of a lively fragrance suitable for summers and springs. Also, I alternate it with my VS Aqua Kiss body wash as my morning body wash. I liked this body wash as it cleans well along with smelling good.
Pros of Victoria’s Secret Endless Love Body Wash:
- The body wash foams well and works as a decent cleaning body wash.
- It is suitable for all skin types.
- Can be used as everyday body wash.
- Has more of a summer or spring fragrance appeal.
- The fragrance is clean, fresh and floral.
- It has aloe vera and vitamin E content to provide mild protection from the harsh chemicals.
- Packaging is sturdy for shower use.
Cons of Victoria’s Secret Endless Love Body Wash:
- Fragrance is subtle, so needs to be layered with fragrance mist or body lotion.
- Contains sodium lauryl sulfate as cleansing agent.
3.5 out of 5.
Would I repurchase Victoria’s Secret Endless Love Body Wash?
It is a fairly decent body wash and it’s fragrance I liked. So, I would be adding this as one of my ‘go-to’ body washes. The floral fragrance is good (but, not so enticing as the VS Aqua Kiss body wash), so it would be one of the intermittent body wash purchases.
