Today, I am going to review Victoria’s Secret Pink Wild at Heart 2-in-1 Wash and Scrub which is a dual action product and provides good exfoliation. I have an affinity towards body care products and especially for body scrubs that have the combined benefit of body wash and scrub as they save time and energy.
Go wild: this foaming wash-and-scrub makes skin twice as nice, with gentle, skin-polishing microbeads and nourishing vitamins E and C. Fragrance type: Fruity floral Notes: Red passion fruit and sheer musk.
How To Use:
Use it in after a warm shower as it slowly exfoliates the skin and reveals new skin and wash off for a fragrant polished and clean skin.
Price and Quantity:
$18 for 300 ml/10.1 fl. Oz.
My Experience with Victoria’s Secret Pink Wild at Heart 2-in-1 Wash and Scrub:
Packaging: The Victoria’s Secret Pink Wild at Heart 2-in-1 Wash and Scrub comes in a huge tube that has a screw top cap in frosted silver. The tube is plastic, but opaque, so I can see how much of the product is remaining. It’s quite travel friendly despite its bulkiness as there is a huge amount of product in it.
I have great love for most Victoria’s Secret body care products as they are of really good quality and come with innovative fragrances. The body washes and mists are all-time best sellers along with non-sticky body butters that are good for any season of the year. This Victoria’s Secret Pink Wild at Heart 2-in-1 Wash and Scrub is a warm smell with the opening notes of fruit and then light musk. The price is a little high, but then you can skip body wash after using this, so for me, that justifies its price. This was more of an impulsive buy when I was strolling through the mall and entered the store, loved the smell, so got the scrub instead of mist or lotion as my regular coffee scrub was getting over.
This body scrub has a gooey texture with microbeads and fine sugar and when I apply on wet skin, it lathers moderately and exfoliates at the same time. I have super sensitive skin, so I can vouch that it doesn’t irritate the skin at all. I wash off after a minute of exfoliation and I am left with baby soft, clean skin with a romantic smell all over. The fragrance lasts for 1-2 hours but you can layer it with the same range of body mist and lotion for a longer-lasting smell.
I have used it 3-4 days a week a few times and have never seen any bad effects, so I am sure its gentle enough for everyday use. I will be getting more of these scrubs as they reduce the amount of products in my skin care routine and also smells lovely.
Texture and Consistency: This is a sugar scrub that also lathers up. which is quite the reason I like it. The texture is mild gritty due to the sugar in it whereas the consistency is between a body wash and a scrub with a honey-like viscosity.
Fragrance: The notes are primarily vanilla and musk, with a slight hint of fruit, leaning more towards warmness.
Pros of Victoria’s Secret Pink Wild at Heart 2-in-1 Wash and Scrub:
- Gentle on skin.
- Mild exfoliating beads.
- Smells good.
