My Experience with VLCC Ayurveda Spotless Clear Active D Pigmentation Cream:
This cream comes in a beige and dull gold box. It has a lot of information printed on all sides of the box. The actual cream comes in a plastic tub. The packaging on the tub doesn’t feel as good as the outer covering. Anyway, the tub has a plastic lid that prevents the cream from spilling. The packaging is okay, but I don’t prefer tub packaging because it is a bit unhygienic.
The cream is an off-white colored thick cream. It is pretty thick but it spreads evenly and easily on the skin. It gets absorbed fairly quickly without leaving any residue behind. It is a light cream as it doesn’t make my skin feel heavy.
The texture is smooth and creamy on this one. It has a nice moisturizing feel to it and does moisturize pretty well. It doesn’t make my skin feel or look oily. It also doesn’t make my skin feel sticky after application. A little quantity goes a long way, I just need about less than a pea-sized amount for my face and neck and it works well.
This cream gives a nice boost of moisture to my skin; however, it didn’t lighten or fade my scars or spots. It didn’t lighten my tan contrary to what it claims, but it proved to be a good night cream for my skin. It has a weird fragrance to it which sometimes I like and sometimes I do not.
