My Experience with Watsons Pomegranate and Apple Invigorating Body Lotion:
Watsons Pomegranate and Apple Invigorating Body Lotion comes in a huge, inverted plastic bottle. The back of the bottle bears the product-related information on a label. The bottle is pure white in colour that bears the detailing in red fonts, which looks kind of cute and attractive. It has a red coloured flip top cap that shuts tightly, making an audible click and ensures that the bottle is leak-proof and travel-friendly. The packaging is definitely attractive and sturdy, but this huge bottle is not fit for carrying around. I wish, there were smaller size options available.
The body lotion has a sweet fruity fragrance that is very pleasing enough. It has a blend of several fruity fragrances because of which, I love to sniff this lotion. The smell is mild, so women with sensitive noses won’t find it a bothersome. The fruity kind of fragrance refreshes the mood instantly. The smell lingers for quite some time and fades away gradually.
The consistency of this lotion is slightly on the thicker side. It spreads easily on the skin. It sinks into the skin effortlessly without too much massaging. Once it is fully absorbed, it doesn’t make my skin oily nor leaves an oily sheath behind. It keeps my skin oil-free even in this humid weather. The formula is thin, lightweight and non-sticky, which makes it a great option for summers. It provides ample amount of moisturization, which is required for normal skin types.
On the other hand, women with dry skin may require frequent reapplications. Though the body lotion is good for everyday use, the product does not come with any SPF, which limits its usage to indoors only. The formula is nice and hydrating; it keeps my skin nourished throughout the day. Overall, it is a good and inexpensive choice for summers but not really a great option for harsh winters as it would not be able to provide enough hydration to the skin.
