1. Use of coffee

Simply take one cup of coffee and mix it with one cup of water. You can also add 2-3 spoons of coffee powder and allow it to dissolve. Let the coffee powder dissolve completely and then apply on your hair. Allow it to sit for an hour and wash off with cold water. Using espresso coffee is one among the best coffees that work well. Coffee contains pigmentation which stains your hair, thus, leaving you with dark, lustrous and healthy hair.

Henna comes with natural color pigmentation, thus, covering the gray roots easily. Mix one cup of henna powder with two cups of lemon juice. You can also add one spoon of yogurt and vinegar to it. Pour this solution on your hair and leave it for half an hour. Wash off with cold water later.

6. Potato skin

Potato peel contains a good amount of starch which works as a colorant, thus, slowing down the graying of hair and darkening your hair follicles easily. Peel few potatoes and collect the skin. Now, take two cups of water and boil one cup of potato skin. Allow it to boil for some time and add few drops of essential oil of your choice. Now, pour the liquid on the hair and saturate each hair strand. Rinse off with water.

Due to the rich content of enzyme catalase present in the onion, it can help in the dyeing of hair. Regular application of onion juice on the scalp can help to darken the hair roots, thus, preventing hair graying. Extract some onion juice and massage your hair roots with this. Leave it on for 40 minutes and wash off with cold water.
