My Experience with Weleda Citrus Hydrating Body Lotion:

Weleda products are affordable and organic. I have recently shopped for a few of the products and this is one of the body lotions that I picked for the winter months. I know it says citrus, which is much suited for warmer months, but I picked it especially for colder months. I wanted to spice up the colder months by including some citrus-smelling body lotions.

Weleda Citrus Hydrating Body Lotion packaging

The lotion comes packed in a cardboard box. All instructions and details are mentioned on the packaging. Inside the cardboard is the plastic bottle with a pump dispenser. The pump dispenser can be closed and opened and works just fine. The dispenser also has a protective translucent cap, which makes the product double secure. There are no accidental leakages.

The lotion has a light, thin consistency, almost like a body milk. When I saw that it was so flowy in consistency, I wondered if it would work for winter months. The lotion gets absorbs within seconds leaving the skin light, without being sticky or oily. My skin feels very moisturized even during colder days. Once a day application is sufficient for my normal to dry skin.

The fragrance is all citrusy and love it. It does remind me of Christmas holidays here. The citrus fragrance peps up my mood instantly, especially during the cold, gloomy days. My whole body including my palms smell like lemon and the fragrance is very natural and does not feel artificial at all.
