I have tried so many unique and “never heard of before” products from Wella in the past. Some even came in a stick form, others were regular serum type hair products. Currently, I have been trying out this pomade which I find to be multipurpose, but it has its own drawbacks. Here’s the detailed review on Wella Professionals Smooth Brilliance Shine Pomade.

My Experience with Wella Professionals Smooth Brilliance Shine Pomade:
At first, I was impressed with the texture – it is waxy and creamy at the same time and melts between your fingers. I would say this product is ideal for baby hair and would tame them in a jiffy. When you use this product, this may feel sticky. Take a little at a time and tame the hair you want to. It could be baby hair on the forehead, it could be frizz or flyaways.
This pomade sticks to the hair and weighs them down. This pomade easily controls humidity effect on frizzy hair like they claims, this could also be your finishing product for shorter hair styles. For longer hair, this could be used on the top to tame any mistakes or flyaways.
This definitely feels sticky and creamy at the same time and it will weigh your style down, so use sparingly. I would say this is awesome if you hate how your hair looks after you get off a bike for example. It is a handy product for annoying frizz in monsoons. It adds a creamy shine, not really a shine where in your hair looks healthy, this may definitely look like you have some pomade or wax on your hair, it will last till your next shampoo. Greasy hair may not like it though.

I am in two minds, but for flyaways and annoying baby hair on the forehead, this is a great product. Not so much to add shine or style the hair.
