Wella SP Luxe Oil Keratin Protect Shampoo Review

If you have checked out my hair care routine post, you will know that I am using this shampoo currently and promised review of the same super soon, so here are my thoughts on Wella Keratin Protect Shampoo 🙂

My Experience with Wella SP Luxe Oil Keratin Protect Shampoo:

The packaging is simple and sturdy. The muted matte gold detailing makes it look luxurious. The cap is slightly tight but nothing bothersome; in a way, it is safe for travel. The details about the product are mentioned on the bottle including the ingredients and product description. Being sturdy, it can be easily carried along during travel although the bottle is of 200 ml.

The consistency of the shampoo is just right. It is neither too thick, nor too runny,  It is completely transparent and spreads well on wet hair. A little goes a long way, so the high price can be justified to an extent. It lathers up well and cleanses off oil at one go.

It doesn’t make the hair too dry, but you cannot skip the conditioning part also. I was expecting this to be a huge hit as this range is highly appreciated, but it is an average shampoo in my opinion. It does not do any magic on the hair like the serum from the same range does.

I would categorize this as a regular shampoo without any fuss. Due to the high pricing, I find it slightly disappointing. I might not go back to this again, but if you like trying out new shampoos, you can give this a try.

• Availability.
• Not moisturizing enough to skip conditioner/mask.

Repurchase – no, I like trying new products.
Recommend – only for regular use, nothing miraculous about it.
