Like I said in my previous post, I got a lot of Wet n Wild products. I have reviewed some of them and the rest are coming up 😉 Today’s review is another brow and eyeliner in the shade black black. I reviewed the shade charcoal earlier which I absolutely loved. Let’s know more about this.

My take on Wet n Wild Black Black Color Icon Brow & Eyeliner:
I really loved all the pencils from WnW, eyeliners and lip pencils. I cannot stop raving about them. The shade name is ‘black black’ that’s black twice, so I expected it to be twice the pigmentation 😛
The packaging is very similar to the other eye and lip pencils. They are slightly longer and come with a plastic cap. The seal was a bit hard to open though. It is not flimsy and it can be carried around.The pigmentation is superb! One swipe gives maximum color payoff. The black is just so vibrant 😀 It gives a semi-matte finish that looks gorgeous. It is just straight black. Just one swipe on the lids will suffice. But on the other hand it is not smudge-proof .Charcoal was better in this area and stayed put, unlike this. I dare not touch my lids while I am wearing this or I’ll end up with raccoon eyes! As a brow liner it is way too dark for me. This is not smudge proof maybe because you’d need to fill in the brows properly.
So I guess that’s okay on that part. As far as the lasting power is concerned, it all depends on whether you touch/rub your lids or not. It stays put until you call it a day and easily comes off with a remover. I have sparse brows so I skip using this on them, those with thick brows who need filling in would love this. It is water-resistant though. But one will need a light hand or else the tip may break since the texture is super soft and creamy. I wish it was waterline safe too :-/ Other than that I love this pencil.

• Greattt pigmentation. Intense black.
• Smooth and creamy texture.
• Application goes on smooth without tugs.
• Great quantity for the price.
• Pretty easy on the pocket.
Cons of Wet n Wild Black Black Color Icon Brow & Eyeliner:
• Not at all smudge-proof.
• Doesn’t work as a brow liner for me. The shade is too dark for that purpose.
• Not for the waterline.

Would I recommend/re-purchase Wet n Wild Black Black Color Icon Brow & Eyeliner?
This is a great pencil that serves two purposes, so I think this can be opted. For the smudging thing, a matte black eye shadow would fix it. This sure is a great deal.
