My Experience with Wet n Wild Color Icon Black Ops Brow Pencil:

My eyebrows have a naturally nice shape and in the name of threading, I just tweeze out some stray hairs and nothing more. However, I do like to fill in my brows once in a while to flaunt a better and groomed look. When in hurry, I usually skip this step mostly because it consumes another 30 seconds. But, with a brow pencil this time can be reduced.

Packaging: This is a two in one pencil with brow wax at one end and a grooming brush at the other and both the ends have a sturdy plastic cap.

Texture: The brow pencil is waxy, in fact too waxy for a brow groomer and might even break if extra pressure is applied. However, a little goes a long way in this case and few strokes here and there are enough to cover the brows. After this, brow brush can be used to evenly distribute the product and get a well defined look.

Color: The color of this particular pencil is cool toned grayish black.

Pigmentation: Good pigmentation is not a positive thing for a brow pencil and this pencil has just that! However, if one gets a hang of this product one can decide how much product is required to get a natural look. Don’t go overboard with it or you might end up looking creepy.

Shimmer and Shine: This pencil contains no shimmer and shine. It is a matte finish brow pencil. But, one of the shades from this range called ‘Ginger Roots’, has mild shimmer for no apparent reason.

Wear Time: It stays intact the entire day and does not transfer.

Conclusion: This is a good product and worth a try. There are four shades available, which I guess can cover all types of hair on brow line. This range also comes with a product called Brow Sharper that can seal the color and impart shine to brow.
