My Experience with Wet n Wild Color Icon Kohl Liner Pencil You’re Always White:
Packaging: Kohl liner pencil comes in a nice color-coded pencil with a clear cap. It’s a long wooden sharpenable pencil that will last long, but there is no sharpener provided with the pencil. Overall, it’s a very normal pencil, but the cap is very loose and often gets open inside the bag. So, it is not travel-friendly.
Shade: The shade “You’re Always White” is a fresh pure white color liner that is perfect for water line. Such white liner works perfectly to brighten up any eye makeup and when used on water line, it helps to make my eye appear bigger. I love to use such shades and I can also use it for a creative eye makeup. This is a very useful shade. Now, the shade is decently pigmented and requires few swipes. The shade doesn’t carry any shimmers which I liked about it.
Texture and Quality: Now, the kohl liner has a soft texture that glides so smoothly even on waterline, but initially, it needs effort to get the color and looks so light. I have to work with it and also the application is not that even as a liner. Actually, the formula is bit sticky and that’s why, my shadow and other liner easily stick on the tip of the kohl pencil. So, the white color doesn’t show up properly if I have eye shadow on eyes. But, when I apply it individually on waterline or as a liner, it works quite well and easily gives nice color on eyes. It doesn’t feel patchy on waterline, but if I apply it on upper lash line sometimes, it looks a bit patchy. But, it never irritates my eyes as well. As it doesn’t have any shimmers, it gives a nice semi-matte finish. On waterline, it works well and never looks messy. But if I apply it on upper lash line or as a liner, it does smudge.
Staying Power: Now, the liner stays good 4-5 hours on waterline, but after that it starts to look faded and it’s not a long-lasting liner as well. Hence, it is easy to remove from eyes.
Overall, according to its price, it’s a good product, but it’s not a great liner. Individually, it works nice and quite easy to work with. Only with the other shadows, it takes time to apply.

- Other shadow easily sticks on the tip so, it’s difficult to get the color on water line.
