Today I will be reviewing another gloss from Wet n Wild. I picked up two shades in this range, one being this and the other being Poppy glaze. Let’s see how this shade fared.

My Experience With Wet N Wild Glassy Gloss This Too Shall Glass Lip Gel:
I dislike shimmer in lip products, and I thought of skipping this shade for the same reason. But then I changed my mind and went for it and I am glad I did. The tube is very cute looking, with a screw cap and a slant applicator. I find it difficult to evenly spread the gloss with the applicator. It is travel-friendly too.
The shade is a light pink with coral hints and loads of fine shimmer. The shimmers are so fine, that they barely show up on the lips. They just appear to be adding to the shine. This shade is more pigmented than Poppy glaze which turned out to be almost sheer. The color does show up on lips, and it doesn’t look tacky at all with the shimmer.
Like Poppy glaze, this one has a slightly sticky texture (I am not used to glosses) but better than the former. It does not feel heavy at all, like most glosses. The formula is perfect, with all the oils and stuff! It lasts for about 1.5 hours without meals, after which it starts to fade from corners. Shimmers are left behind after the color fades, but it does not look ugly or garish. Also the shimmers do not spread out, creating a mess and it comes off easily with wet wipes.
This does transfer to cups and culinary but; it does not survive a meal. It hardly leaves behind a tint, except for the shimmer. They are not at all drying and it kept my lips nourished, for as long as they were on my lips. The fragrance is lovely, and not at all tacky; lingers for a while and disappears. It does have a weird taste to it and it won’t feel good if you keep licking your lips often like me. On the whole, I totally love it. It looks extremely pretty on me; and I sure have made up my mind to use it more often 😀

• Fades evenly leaving behind shimmers, which do not look garish.
• Has a sweet, fruity fragrance.
• Reasonably priced.
Cons of Wet N Wild Glassy Gloss This Too Shall Glass Lip Gel:
• Applicator is hard to work with. It leads to an uneven finish.
• Lasting power could have been better.

I am not a gloss person, but I have fallen in love with this one. I think this is a must have for all the gloss lovers! This is a total steal for the price and quality. I love it!

Thanks for this review! The product looks great on you, such a pretty colour. I just bought Poppy Glaze and have not used it yet. Was looking for another shade and cane across this on your blog. Overall, I am more of a lipstick person rather than a gloss as I do not like the sticky/ tacky feel or the application problems of most glosses (especially tubes-I prefer ones with stick applicators). This seems worth a try though
