Here is a felt tip eye liner with product stored in a tiny bottle rather than in the body of a marker pen, as most of the felt tip liners are expected to be. I have never used a liquid eye liner with a felt tip brush (which is in a bottle form) but I rather enjoyed using it. Read on to know more about this product.

My Take on Wet n Wild H2O Proof Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner – 880 Dark Brown:
I have tones of eye liners in the form of pencil, gel, liquid and so on but it never deters me from buying more black and colored eye liners because a girl can’t have enough of these beauties – just with a sweep they transform a look.
Packaging: The product comes in a rather small conical bottle with just one fourth of the packaging holding the product. Remaining three fourth of the bottle is a cap which holds a felt tip brush; it is stiff and can be used like a tiny felt tip pen. The brush has very fine bristles which give a very precise thin line but somehow I cannot make a good winged eye liner with this brush; maybe it is true in my case only.
Color: It is dark mud or chocolate brown color and does appear brown on my skin from close inspection but not so much from a distance and would be more obvious on fair skin tone.
Pigmentation: It has a good pigmentation for a liquid liner; one sweep does not give an opaque line as I expect from most of the eyeliners; I add multiple coats to enhance the pigmentation but only after waiting for the line to dry out.
Shimmer and shine: It does not have shimmer particles but gives a matt black finish and I personally prefer it to the glossy one.
Wear time: It gives a good wear time. It does not break or flake off and stays intact till I remove it at the end of the day with my makeup remover. It is fairly waterproof and sweatproof and holds well on lids.
Conclusion: This product is only for $3.99 and is worth every penny because the cost and performance of this product over shadow the minor flaws it has. I really enjoyed wearing this product and am trying to create winged eye liner looks with it.

Not this shade but there is a black color in this range and would like to try that out. I do recommend it to all the readers because it performs well and is easy on pocket.
