Since long I wanted to try this Wet n Wild MegaGlo Highlighting Powder and I am so happy that they have launched it in India. Here, you can get only two shades and I picked the shade “Crown of My Canopy”. Let’s get into the details.

My Experience with Wet n Wild MegaGlo Highlighting Powder Crown of My Canopy:

Packaging: Highlighter comes in a small black box with clear lid that makes it easy to notice the shade. It’s actually a very simple lightweight box that is easy to carry around. But, the cap doesn’t close perfectly, I mean, I feel something less in it. Also, it doesn’t come with any mirror.

Shade and Pigmentation: “Crown of My Canopy” is a beautiful warm copper kind of shade with a golden sheen in it. It contains some gold and pink glitters that give a beautiful glow on skin. It is perfect for medium to dusky skin tones and I personally love such shade for me. But at the same time, as a highlighter, it will appear dark on fair skin tones. Otherwise, the shade is much pigmented which requires only few strokes to get that glow on skin and it gives a fresh glow to it.

Texture and Quality: Now, apart from the gorgeous shade, this highlighter has soft smooth texture that blends effortlessly. It feels light and comfortable on the skin too. Formula is very soft that evenly blends on skin and doesn’t feel powdery or patchy at all. It never clings to dry patches and also never clogs my pores. It gives that beautiful shine on skin. It contains shimmers, but they never look overpowering at all. So basically, it provides a flawless smooth natural illuminating glow. I can layer it up easily and it gives a beautiful metallic finish on skin. I love its bang on glow, but the formula has prone to sheering out. I love such smooth highlighter and this highlighter is perfect for a strobe makeup look. If you are a “highlight on fleek” person, this is a beautiful product for you.

Staying Power: The provided illuminating effect lasts well around 7-8 hours and after that, the glow starts to look faded. I always prefer to use a face mist over it to last the glow long and it helps to set the glow too. It also never broke me out. Also, the shimmers don’t spread on face.

Overall, I love this beautiful highlighter and it is an affordable product with beautiful texture. After Maybelline Master Chrome, this is my second favorite highlighter in this year. Everyone should try this product.
