Today I am reviewing a lip gloss by Wet n Wild. This brand makes some really nice and affordable products. Read on to know if this one is really worth the price.

My Experience with Wet n Wild MegaSlicks Lip Gloss Rasp-Berry Voice:
We, women, are known for impulse buying and that’s when I picked up this product. I wasn’t expecting much from this gloss for this price range but I was surprised with the nice smell. It has some candy kind of smell but it fades after a few seconds. It comes with a regular doe foot applicator and the packaging is sturdy.
The applicator isn’t of great quality. It doesn’t apply the product evenly, hence I would suggest using a lip brush for easy application. The bottle is colour-coded with a black lid. The shade number and name are mentioned at the bottom. So, it’s easy to spot it in the makeup stash.
The gloss is non-sticky and goes on really smoothly. The colour is a reddish pink shade. It doesn’t look like a lip gloss; it’s more like a shiny lipstick. The consistency of the gloss is creamy. It also feels very light on the lips and does not make my lips very tacky. It doesn’t highlight the dry patches; however, it is advisable to scrub and moisturize the lips beforehand.
It does transfer a lot and leaves an ugly stain on the cups. It stays on for 3-4 hours with a light drink and snacks and leaves a beautiful tint behind. It hasn’t dried out my lips and keeps them moisturized. It can be used just as it is or you can top any lipstick with it. Either way, it has worked for me.
If you are looking for a budget lip gloss with a tint this would be an apt product. It is also a cruelty-free product. They have a huge variety of shades and I would love to try more from their range.
