Wild Ferns New Zealand Manuka Honey Night Revival Creme Review
Hello IMBBians,
Hope everyone is doing great. I am reviewing another product from New Zealand my friend got me. The name is too long I know. I have combination skin (normal to oily), oily on T zone. My forehead, nose and apples of my cheeks have visible open pores. I get to see white heads and small zits formed from these whiteheads every other day. So basically, I have combination, acne-prone skin. If I skip my cleaning routine even for a single day, I get pimples the next morning.
Price:
$ 20.55 for 100 ml.
Product Description:
Active Manuka AAH (Antibacterial, Antioxidant Honey) 650+, renowned for its remarkable healing, moisturising and antioxidant properties, is blended within Vitamin E and Neroli essential oil enriched creme to provide an intense facial therapy treatment. These natural qualities replenish the skin’s moisture levels and suppleness while you sleep, helping to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
My Take on Wild Ferns New Zealand Manuka Honey Night Revival Creme:
For night care routine, I am using Vichy Norma derm Night Anti Imperfection Cream and Sebamed Gel alternately followed by Lush Greese Lightening. This is an off-white thick consistency cream. The packaging is nice but not the best. The tub is bright yellow in color. The texture of this cream is very thick but gets applied super swiftly. It smells heavily of honey, smells very desi. I love love honey-based products. Some people say honey is only for dry/normal skin, but I use honey on my face (combination skin) and it makes it soft without breaking out. So, honey in this cream for me is “wow.” In this hot weather, this is too heavy on my face, so after using it for a few days, I gave it to my mom. She liked it very much. It makes her dry/normal skin very smooth and firm. I use it once in a while to have extra hydration for my face without it breaking me out.
I am thinking about taking it back from mum 😛 I will keep it with me and wait for 2-3 months and will start using it in winters when my face looks dehydrated. I am sure in winters, this will be a blessing. I think for girls with normal or dry skin, this cream can do very well.
I have seen this available on all major shopping websites, but the price is very high here as compared to the original, I don’t understand that. The official site has priced it much lesser.
Pros of Wild Ferns New Zealand Manuka Honey Night Revival Creme:
- Very moisturizing and makes skin smooth with the goodness of this special kind of honey.
- Great for normal/dry skin type. For oily combination skin, I am not sure because I will use it in winters.
- Did not break me out.
- One tub will go a long way.
Cons of Wild Ferns New Zealand Manuka Honey Night Revival Creme:
- Expensive.
- Very heavy for oily skin.
- Fragrance is okay for me, but some people may not like it.
Would I Recommend Wild Ferns New Zealand Manuka Honey Night Revival Creme?
Yes definitely as I think night creams are supposed to be a little heavier than day creams.
Will I Repurchase Wild Ferns New Zealand Manuka Honey Night Revival Creme?
This tub will finish next year. So, if I don’t find anything else better than this, yes I will buy again or ask my friend to send it from NZ.
