  1. Polka dots are all the rage this season so grab one while it’s being piled into all the stores. ๐Ÿ˜‰
You could also try and search for some nice animal prints because they can spice up any outfit. :preen:
And if you ask me,tartans/checks and stripes are always nice on scarves. ๐Ÿ˜€

  2. I agree that polka dots are all what anyone is talking about this season. Besides that, argyle is always a good winter pattern. Although a warm scarf in argyle is hard to find, it looks wonderful. You could also try classic rectangular/square silk scarves in bright colours. They generally add a ‘pop’ to the usual drab black/grey/brown kind of winter wardrobe.

        1. I’m quite alright, thanks! And don’t worry, the “wassup?” fad is wearing off amongst thirteen year olds,in my school at least,if that comforts you. ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿ˜†
So,how are things going for you? :teddy:

  3. nautical stripes are madly all over. if u can get it on a scarf great.
animal print and block colors if not ๐Ÿ™‚

but then maybe its jus me, a suggestion – if u need it to keep u really warm, get whatever does the job best cos i dont know if these trends hit the ones that work it and let the accessories on ur hair and arms or coat or shoes do the talking ๐Ÿ˜€

  4. Hey everyone!Thankyou for your suggestions!
As such I have only 1 scarf gifted to me by my mum..which she used in her college days ๐Ÿ™‚ [Thats like a souvenir], but now I feel I should buy a few more and ‘why I asked you all
:thanks: :thanks: :thanks: :thanks: :thanks: once again

  5. well if u are in bhopal, i am sure you will get lovely silk bagh print scarves, or cut duppattas to make into scarf. one dupatta gives u two scarves, and i always give another one to a frnd or someone.. u could keep it for urself too..

try silk, rich looking scarves for night wear, wear it with dull colours, for stylish understated chic look..

for day wear , synthetic scarves work well.. the prints you may want to experiment with should be floral (since u are just starting out with scarves) , and if you are bolder, then geometric prints look very trendy. make sure that u dont wear prints on ur clothes if u carry a printed scarf and vice versa.. it either looks too matchy or jars in a bad way

  6. The thing about scarves is that they can be used to spice up your ensemble just like Pragnyadeepta suggests but you should have certain things which are classic and keep “in style” an option too :). When buying a scarf you should always put it next to your face and see how the color reflects on you .There are colors which are universally flattering like pinks and oranges but due to personal tastes they may differ ๐Ÿ™‚ . what you can do is to buy some scarves in solid colors with no prints: hot pink , black , red , dark blue so that you can match them and you can also buy scarves in the animal prints like every one suggested ๐Ÿ™‚ , my suggestion would be flowery patters if you want to go for the “in style” option too . I sometimes knot two scarves together if i am wearing a plain grey sweater :). Idid a post on scarves but sadly its for Delhi shoppers ๐Ÿ™

    LOVE
    i second Supriya’s point completely ๐Ÿ™‚
