Yardley London English Lavender Hand & Nail Cream
Hey ladies,

I am writing a review after so long. (ok not so long maybe just 2 weeks but it feels like eternity). I wanted a good hand cream from so long and whenever I used to go shopping with my guy he used to sing his philosophy loud and clear that why a different cream for hand?? A body lotion is meant for body and hands are a part of the body. If only this species could understand our woes. Anyways…today the product I am reviewing is Yardley London English lavender hand and nail cream.
Price:- I got it for Rs.210 but it may vary from store to store.

Quantity: – 100 ml

My take on Yardley London English Lavender Hand & Nail Cream :
I am in love with Yardley London lace deodorant. It was a purple packaging with white patterns. When I saw this hand cream, it was the same packaging, so I thought the fragrance would be the same. How wrong I was!! First let’s talk about the good things of this hand cream. I apply it every night before sleeping. Immediately after application, the hands become very smooth and soft. It is a thick pale white cream which gets absorbed easily. I have been applying this cream daily for a week and I have noticed little improvement in my otherwise dry as a crocodile’s skin hands. Now comes the bad part. Its smell. The cream smells like some baba ka tel or some jadibooti. The smell is so bad that you cannot even feel your smooth hands against your cheek. It goes after some time but so does the moisturization and you have to reapply and again bear the smell. Overall, a no no from me. I will try a better smelling and better resulting hand cream next.
Pros of Yardley London English Lavender Hand & Nail Cream :
1) Makes your hand feel smooth and soft after application
2) Good quantity for the price.
3) Some improvement in dryness.
4) Hygienic packaging in a tube.
Cons of Yardley London English Lavender Hand & Nail Cream :
1) The smell is plain bad like a herbal oil or something.
2) The moisturization effect vanishes after some time.
