Yes to Carrots C Me Smile Mint Lip Butter Review
Today’s review is about a lip butter from the brand Yes To, who doesn’t love lip balms? I love them to an extent that at the moment I have around 8-10 lip balms and now as I am on a de-cluttering spree, I am finding ways to finish them soon and just keep two lip balms with me. One that has SPF to be used during the day and the other one, a deeply nourishing one that can be used in the evening.
The one lip balm that I am absolutely loving these days is the C Me Smile Mint Lip Butter from Yes To. The full name of this lip balm is “Yes To Carrots C Me Smile Mint Lip Butter with SPF 15’ 😀

My Take on Yes to Carrots C Me Smile Mint Lip Butter:
The first thing I like about this brand is its “organic-ity.” Most of the brand’s products are more than 99% organic and I can totally believe that as first they mention the complete ingredients list and second after using the products for a while, you can actually tell that they are too gentle and mild which might be because they use natural ingredients.
I have used lip balms from many brands viz., TBS, Neutrogena, Jovees, Biotique, H20, Lush and several others. The best ones so far have been Lush and H2O’s lip mender that I reviewed on IMBB, but now, I would say that Yes To lip butter is the best of all 🙂
There are many things I like about this lip butter. First, it is highly moisturizing. It hydrates lips very well and stays on very long. I mean very long. Lush lip balm that I used and reviewed also stayed for many hours but since it was in a tub and a little grainy in texture, I would mostly use it in the night. H2O’s lip mender is light and contains SPF and comes in a tube but it does not last too long. I need to re-apply it in 2-3 hours, but this one has all the plus-es of my previous favorite lip balms.
Second, you guessed it. It comes in a stick which is even more convenient than a tube. Just roll it and apply it. Done! Third, it is very light in application and does not feel sticky at all. It moisturizes well without being glossy or heavy on lips.
Fourth, it contains SPF 15. Can’t say how actually beneficial this SPF 15 is, but I don’t even care. I am happy that it claims to protects lips from UVB rays! 😛
Fifth, it gives a minty cooling sensation to the lips. I like anything minty and that is the reason I purchased it in the first place, but I know many who do not like that tingling feeling. If you are one of them, then sorry, you may not like this!
I am happy, in fact, very happy with this one!
Overall recommendation – your daily go-to balm that has SPF 15, comes in a chap stick form, moisturizes well, stays on for long and is hardly waxy! So, all positive and no negative!

You liked tinted lip balms? I like them too but then we do not get much moisturization in tinted balms. I think so.. I may be totally wrong! 🙁
you are totally tempting me to try out these products. Lets see if I’d get them online. 🙂
hihihi Rati.. It is a good brand.. won’t give drastic results but is very good for people who have delicate skin. 😀 You can get it online from foreign websites.
