Yves Rocher Botanical Hydration Moisture Mask Review

Hello ladies,

Summer has approached and it’s terrible nature is getting evident day-by-day. During my skin mapping at a clinic few months ago I was listed with 3 major skin issues: uneven tone, dehydration and early signs of ageing. While every issue is successfully taken care of by their special cleanser and daily microfoliant I still had to pick up a moisture mask. However, my bill was already going out of budget so I skipped the Dermologica moisture mask. But, then I came across this hydration mask from Yves Rocher and I picked it up. So today, I will review it for all of you.

My experience with Yves Rocher Botanical Hydration Moisture Mask :

Packaging: The moisture mask come in a white plastic tube with a sky-blue flip cap opening. The opening helps in controlling the amount of product and dispenses the right amount at once. The packaging is hassle-free and easy to use; however, is not spill-proof. One has to be very careful while taking it during travel.

Consistency and smell: The mask is fluffy, smooth gel-cream type and feels refreshing cool on skin. The mask has nice fresh fruity flower-y fragrance which is a tad bit over-powering I feel.

Results: Before I begin I can say that this product is strictly okay types. The mask as I told is refreshing and soothing, but if the skin is extremely dehydrated this mask does not help at all. The hydration which this mask provides is negligible and is not enough when our skin has to deal with extreme climates and irregular cycle’s of dehydration. I also found the smell to be intolerable during application; I kept it for 10 minutes and washed it off with luke warm water. The final effects were good but nothing exceptional! I can get the same effect with my normal aloe vera gel too.

Cons of Yves Rocher Botanical Hydration Moisture Mask:

• Not easily available
• Does not provide adequate hydration
• Expensive
• Over-powering smell

IMBB rating:

Will I recommend or repurchase Yves Rocher Botanical Hydration Moisture Mask?
No, I am highly disappointed I would stick to L’occitane angelica hydration mask! I won’t recommend this product.

Conclusion:
Yves Rocher Yves Rocher Botanical Hydration Moisture Mask , may raise many hopes but it fails to provide decent amount of hydration which our skin quenches for. The product though looks promising, does not stand tall to it’s hydration claim.
