Today’s review is about Yves Rocher Cherry Bloom Body Lotion. This body lotion has a corresponding body wash and Eau De Toilette in the range. I have purchased only the body lotion since I have a Cherry Bloom Eau De Toilette from another brand.

My Experience with Yves Rocher Cherry Bloom Body Lotion:
The packaging is very pretty. It comes in a tall plastic container with a flip lid. The flap lid is silver grey in color and it opens and shuts easily. The flip lid is quite sturdy, making it a travel-friendly packaging. It’s easy to squeeze the product out of the bottle. When the product is almost getting over, I place it upside down so that it’s easy to dispense the product out. By doing this, I get every bit of the product to use. The body lotion itself is light pink in color and the bottle outside has a picture of pretty cherry blossom on it. The bottle is also transparent making it easy to check the amount of product left in the bottle. Overall, the packaging is very pretty making it perfect for gifting purposes also; especially, for Valentine’s Day 😉
The lotion itself is very light in texture and glides very smoothly on the skin. The fragrance is very mild and smells like cherry blossom. I know, I like the fragrance as I own a cherry blossom Eau De Toilette and love it too. I apply it after shower all over my body and the fragrance lasts for an hour or so maximum. After that, it’s not very noticeable.
The lotion gets very easily absorbed into the skin leaving it well moisturised. It does not feel greasy or sticky at all. I have used it in winters and feel that it might not be sufficient for the extremely dry weather. It makes a perfect body lotion for spring and summer. The skin feels very soft and supple after using it.
The good part is, it has no added parabens and colors making it an easy choice to pick. I have dry, sensitive skin and this works fine for me. It did not cause any irritation or dryness. I tend to use the product more than other body lotions. This might be because I want the fragrance to last longer 😉 So, the product is getting used up pretty quickly. Overall, I feel very fresh and lively when I use this and I am totally in love with the fragrance.
