My Experience with Yves Rocher Fresh Rose Body Lotion:
The packaging is very pretty. It comes in a tall plastic container with a flap lid. The flap lid is silver grey in color and opens and closes easily. The flap lid is quite sturdy making the product a travel-friendly one. It’s easy to squeeze the product out of the bottle. When the product is almost getting over, I place it upside down so that it’s easy to dispense the product. By doing this, I get every bit of the product to use 🙂
The Body Lotion itself is light pink in color and the bottle outside has a picture of pretty pink roses on it. The bottle is also transparent making it easy to check the amount of product left in the bottle. Overall, the packaging is very pretty making it perfect for gifting purposes, especially for Valentine’s Day 😉
The lotion itself is very light in texture and glides very smoothly on the skin. The fragrance is very lovely and is that of freshly cut roses. I am a big fan of roses and love the fragrance. The fragrance is also very mild and it lasts for an hour or so. After that, it’s not very noticeable.
The lotion gets very easily absorbed into the skin thereby, moisturising your skin really well. It does not feel oily or greasy or sticky at all. I have used it in winters and feel that it might not work well for the extremely cold winters. It is the perfect body lotion for spring and summer. The skin feels very supple after use.
The good part is, it has no added parabens and colors making it an easy choice to pick. I have dry, sensitive skin and this works fine for me. It did not cause and irritation or dryness. Overall, I feel very fresh and lively and the fragrance is just amazing!
