I did a small haul from Yves Rocher last month and I have been using those products regularly, one by one. Shower gels are my favourite and today’s review is all about Yves Rocher Carambola from Malaysia Fresh Shower Gel. Read on to know more about this product.

My Experience with Yves Rocher Jardins Du Monde Fresh Shower Gel Carambola From Malaysia:
The shower gel comes in a transparent yellow bottle. The design is pretty different from the normal shower gels. The bright yellow colour is very pretty. The flip cap is great. Usually, there is always an issue with Yves Rocher caps being very tight, but with this, it is easier to open and close with a click. It is small enough to carry around during travel. This shower gel is light yellow in color and smells like mangoes. It feels fresh and exotic. The smell doesn’t stay longer and fades away within 10-15 minutes. The shower gel is gel like and has a runny texture.
The shower gel lathers pretty great and with a loofah, only a little product is more than enough. The shower gel cleanses thoroughly and rinses off easily. The product is suitable for sensitive skin as it didn’t irritate or cause any redness. The shower gel is made from organic and natural ingredients and as it is free from parabens. The shower gel also contains aloe vera and thus makes skin smooth. The bottle lasts for approximately a month and a half.
This gel does dry out skin after shower. My skin started to feel stretchy within 5 minutes. The product is not a good choice for dry skin. It does cause dry flakes and I have dry skin and the shower gel just makes it worse. The product has zero moisturizing properties and thus a rich moisturizer must be applied. This shower gel clears all oil and doesn’t leave any residue behind. This shower gel does eliminate body odour and it is a good cleanser too, but you cannot expect anything more from it.
