My Experience with Yves Rocher Jardins Du Monde Pomegranate From Spain Energizing Shower Gel:
The packaging gets a thumbs up from me. It is definitely easy to travel with and the 200 ml bottle isn’t bulky at all. The cute red bottle has a flip open cap and has details written in attractive fonts. I adore this bottle and find no flaws with the packaging. I have good things to say for this Pomegranate from Spain shower gel. Don’t you think the full name is ridiculously long?
The shower gel is gel based, slightly pink and transparent. It has a very fresh smell. If you like the natural fruity smell without much addition of artificial favors, you will like picking this up. It has a refreshing scent of pomegranates and gives a blast of freshness to my shower routine.
It lathers fine, not extremely well. If you use a loofah, you can get a good foam to cleanse your skin. It like the silky feeling of this gel against my body. It cleans my skin very well, and is easy to rinse off. It doesn’t leave any residue behind.
My skin doesn’t feel very stretchy or dry, but I would suggest using a moisturizer post shower. The scent doesn’t linger on, but my skin definitely looks clean and bright. Also, it removes unevenness and makes my skin silky to touch. I feel this is more of a summery body wash. For winters and for ladies with parched skin, this might not be the ideal choice.
Overall, I like it because of the fruity smell, good cleaning properties and also because Yves Rocher steers clear from using harmful chemicals. In fact, Yves Rocher was one of the first companies to say no to animal testing. That definitely is a good reason to love this brand which is rightfully called “Creator of Botanical Beauty.”
