I recently did a mini haul from Yves Rocher and one of the products that dominated was shower gels. Yves Rocher recently launched 3 new shower gels and since I love their products, I picked all three of them. Today’s review is all about Yves Rocher Magnolia White Tea Relaxing Bath & Shower Gel. Read on to know more about the same.
Price and Quantity:
£5.50 for 200ml
The soft caress of a gentle bath and shower gel with relaxing benefits. For a gentle and relaxing moment in the shower or bath, our Botanical Beauty researchers have selected organic Aloe Vera gel, Magnolia Flower essential oil* and White Tea extract. Skin is gently cleansed and delicately scented.
My Experience with Yves Rocher Magnolia White Tea Relaxing Bath & Shower Gel:
The shower gel comes in a transparent round plastic bottle with a green flip cap. The cap is also a screw cap and you can use it this way too. You can see the quantity of the shower gel left in the bottle. The flip cap is a little tight and you can damage your nails. You need to use your thumb to open the cap. The cap is very tight and there is no leakage. The product is travel-friendly.
The shower gel is creamy and has semi-thick consistency. The shower gel is pearly pink in color.
The shower gel smells pleasant and floral. Since it contains magnolia, I expected it to have a strong fragrance but, it however disappoints me a little bit and is short-lived.
The shower gel lathers very well and a little product is more than enough. The shower gel lathers well with or without a loofah. The shower gel cleanses the body very well. The skin feels very soft and smooth after the shower. However, after the shower, the skin feels a little dry after drying off.
The shower gel does nourish the skin. It holds on the moisture of the lotion longer. Most of the ingredients are organic and thus they are very gentle on the skin. The product doesn’t cause any irritation and suitable for sensitive skin. The product contains Aloe gel which makes the skin smooth. The shower gel is very soothing and refreshing and this makes it to control body odor. The product is free from paraben and ethoxyl.
Overall, it is a good product, but it is not a must buy as it is just another shower gel.
