Recently, I picked up few products from Yves Rocher. Today’s review is about Yves Rocher Tiare Flower Ylang-Ylang Sensual Bath and Shower Gel. Read on to know more.

My Experience with Yves Rocher Tiare Flower Ylang-Ylang Sensual Bath and Shower Gel:
Yves Rocher Tiare Flower Ylang-Ylang Sensual Bath and Shower Gel comes in a transparent plastic bottle with a green flip/screw cap similar to the other shower gels from this range. The bottle is made of recyclable plastic and hence, the packaging is environment-friendly. The flip cap is very tight and can cause a bit of hassle while opening, especially in the shower. The tight cap can easily break your nails. I usually unscrew the cap to avoid this issue. Overall, the bottle is sturdy and travel-friendly. The quantity of the product can be seen through the transparent bottle. All the product-related information are mentioned on the bottle. The bottles are not sealed but, I trust this store as there are a plenty of free testing samples, so no one would have opened it.
The shower gel has a gel-like consistency. It is light yellow in color and has a very floral, sensual and pleasant fragrance. I absolutely love the fragrance of this shower gel. The shower gel lathers quickly and with a loofah, a coin-sized product is more than enough for cleansing my entire body.
Most of the products are processed from organic farming and contain ingredients in its natural origin and thus, you can be sure that you are not loading your body with unwanted chemicals while getting cleaned. I have stopped using the shower gel for shaving my legs but, I am sure that it won’t irritate the skin, so it is suitable for sensitive skin. The gel is very gentle on the skin and is pH balanced, so it doesn’t dry out the skin after the shower. I can go about 30-45 minutes without a lotion and for someone with dry skin like me, this is an added benefit.
The fragrance turns your bathroom into a spa, but unfortunately, the smell is short-lived. The shower gel makes the skin soft and smooth; over the time of using Yves Rocher shower gel, my skin feels smoother and better. The body wash contains Ylang-Ylang essential oil, but it doesn’t do any justice in controlling the body odour. I wish it came with a refreshing smell so that it could be used as an all-in-one shower gel. There are lotions and oils from the same range and I guess by using them, I can combat the issue of body odour.
The product is free from paraben and ethoxyl and this makes me want to pick more products from the range. Overall, the shower gel is great but, it is just another perfumed shower gel and if you are looking for more benefits, then you can skip buying this one.
