Hello beautiful ladies,

Today, I will be sharing with you a lip product from a brand that I always wanted to buy but due to the price never got a chance. I am talking about Yves Saint Laurent which is commonly known as ‘YSL’. YSL lipsticks are known not only for their quality but also for their beautiful packaging and this was one of the major reasons I wanted them. I finally got one of their Rouge Volupté Shine lipsticks in ROSE INFINITE (07). These lipsticks are available in 19 different shades and believe me each shade is as beautiful as others.

I got it for around 22-25 Euros, which is around 1600-1800 INR, but I think it’s a little pricey in India.

This is one of my favorite parts about the lipstick. The packaging is so stunning that at least I wasn’t able to resist myself. The lipstick comes in a golden packaging which makes it attractive, but what make it look even more stunning is the pattern /cutout on the lipstick. The middle section of the lipstick is of different color which actually indicates the color of the lipstick. This has small golden circles on it which says YSL.

My take on Yves Saint Lauren Rose Volupte Lipstick – Rose Infinite:

Starting with the first thing that caught my attention, the packaging, it’s simply amazing. I am actually in love with the golden color and the centre cutout. It makes the lipstick look so elegant and beautiful. The texture of the lipstick is so amazingly smooth that I want to keep it on my lips forever. The lipstick is not matte; rather it gives a glossy look after applying. It’s so smooth that it feels that I am applying a lip balm and not a lipstick. I won’t say that the staying power is amazing and it would last for the whole day, but it’s not bad either. After light snacks, it can easily last for 3-4 hours.
Rose infinite is a natural looking color and lips feels amazingly light after applying it. Another part I liked about this lipstick is its non stickiness. I don’t like the sticky feeling on my lips which some lipstick and glosses give. This is different, this is amazing.

Pros of  Yves Saint Lauren Rose Volupte Lipstick – Rose Infinite:

• Color can be recognized without opening the lipstick.
• Smooth to apply.
• Good pigmentation.
• Does stay for a decent amount of time.
• Feels light on lips.
• Non sticky.
• Lips feels moisturized (so no need to apply a lip balm before this).

Cons of  Yves Saint Lauren Rose Volupte Lipstick – Rose Infinite:

The only thing I can think of is the high price; I just wish that they reduce their prices for at least some time, so that people like us can gather some more stuff.

Would I buy  Yves Saint Lauren Rose Volupte Lipstick – Rose Infinite?

I loved it so much that I will definitely buy it again, but it might take some time, as I have to gather the courage again to spend so much on a lipstick.

Yes! Yes! Yes! If you can afford it, you should definitely grab at least one of these. It’s amazing and is completely worth the price.
