My Skin Type:
Normal, but sometimes it gets a bit dry. So, basically it’s kind of moody.
My Experience with Za Total Hydration Deep Moist Cream with Hyaluronic Acid:
This is my first ever product from this brand, and I was quite excited to try it out. We all know how popular Za’s True White range is for its efficacy. I bought this cream mainly because, well you guessed it, its packaging. I mean, it’s pink and I just could not resist it. It’s a small, handy tube with a functional nozzle opening. The size of the nozzle makes it easy to control the amount of cream. The tube bears all the details (more details than Za’s official website) about the product as you can make out from the pictures. Overall, the packaging is beautiful, sturdy and travel friendly. But, it gets dirty super easily.
The cream itself is white in color and looks like melted butter on the skin. And, glides like butter too. As soon as I squeeze a little cream out, a faint smell of alcohol hits my nose, but it gets subsided within a matter of seconds. Since, I do not get any skin issues with alcohol in my skin care products, it is okay with me. But, I guess some people need to practice discretion here. So, coming back to the consistency and texture of the cream, they are just perfect! The cream spreads easily on the skin and gets absorbed by it super quick too. I just need two drops maximum to cover my face and neck area. So, for 599, it’s going to last me at least 2.5 months even if I use it twice a day.
Now, coming over to the claims made by this cream and how (or if) it fulfils them:
a) Replenishes Moisture : Yes, definitely! It makes and keeps skin super moisturised without making it greasy or oily. After using this cream, I can go out and be assured that it won’t induce excess sweat.
b) Provides Skin with Clarified Glow : Can someone just clarify the meaning of ‘clarified’ here? 😛 But, yes it makes my skin look as if I have applied butter, and hence my complexion looks rather dark. Now, I do not have any problem with looking darker than I am, but then it does not match the rest of my body. But, I was not expecting this kind of glow. I want a glow that looks natural. To put this better, it imparts shine, and not a ‘healthy’ glow to the skin.
c) Plump Texture : I have been using this cream for quite some time now, and it has completely put an end to dry skin. Even on days when I do not feel like applying any moisturiser, my skin feels plump and moisturised.
d) Non Pore Clogging : I have not faced any breakouts on my skin due to this cream (but, thanks to my all-over-the-place hormones, I have anyway seen some)! In fact, as far as pores are concerned, it hasn’t really affected them. Neither has it increased them nor decreased.
e) Presence of Hyaluronic Acid : Hyaluronic acid is supposed to give you fresher, younger looking and supple skin. It does not really make my skin look fresh in summers, but I am pretty sure that it will do so in winter. I would like to add that it has improved the quality of my skin as it has made my skin nourished and moisturised.
So, what has my overall experience with this cream been like? Well, I would say good! I had been facing dry skin issues for a long time now. This cream has blessed me with skin that is always moisturised, looks healthy and plump. I love products that are true to their claims, and this one is one such product. But, one needs to be careful while using this. I do not personally know anyone with oily skin think, but I assume people with oily or combination skin are not going to be very pleased with this one. in summer I am sure that those with dry and normal skin are going to love it though. One thing I want to point out is that it lacks SPF, but then I can always use a sunscreen over it.

Would I Repurchase Za Total Hydration Deep Moist Cream with Hyaluronic Acid?
It’s a good product for dry skin. It has brought about a great relief, I am not exaggerating. I can actually go without using a moisturiser for a day, and be assured that my skin won’t feel stretchy or dull. I will definitely go for it in winter too, for obvious reasons.
