I have been so busy with college stuff lately, it has been just a week since my semester started! With things so hectic, it’s hard to catch up with posts on IMBB, but I do manage to take a peek. I am loving Za products for my skin lately, especially from the “Total Hydration” range. Here’s the review of Hydration Milky Moisturizer in detail.
599 INR for 150 ml.
My Experience with Za Total Hydration Milky Moisturizer:
The “Total Hydration” range comes in a pink colored packaging which is alluring 😛 This one comes in a baby pink bottle with a screw cap that fits sturdily. It feels a bit bulky, but then it’s easy to carry around. I do not like the fact that the mouth is too big and it is difficult to control the amount to be dispensed since the product is very runny.
I have noted that the claims of this particular product are very similar to the “Total Hydration Amino Refreshing Gel” that I had reviewed earlier. The consistency is very runny and lightweight. It gets easily absorbed into the skin when a small amount is applied.
A very little amount would be enough to moisturize the skin. If you apply a little extra, then your skin will appear shiny and would feel sticky. I think that is a pro as well as a con. I like the fact that it gets absorbed into the skin super fast and settles down to moisturizing it well for about half a day. It smells heavenly too, not too loud. I use this even on my arms! I think this works well for me on my face when I’m wearing a BB cream or foundation over it; but it tends to feel sticky when I wear it alone. It hasn’t irritated my skin at all and I think this is a versatile product that would work for dry as well as oily-skinned beauties.
Pros of Za Total Hydration Milky Moisturizer:
- Cute baby pink bottle, travel-friendly packaging.
- Gets easily absorbed into the skin.
- Smells great.
- Hydrating, controls oil secretion to an extent.
- Will work for both dry as well as oily skin.
- Moisturizes skin well; for about half a day.
- A tiny amount goes a long way.
- Hasn’t irritated my skin.
- I use it on my arms as well.
Cons of Za Total Hydration Milky Moisturizer:
- The mouth of the bottle is too big, I cannot control the amount that gets dispensed.
- On my face, it feels sticky when I wear it without BB cream or foundation.
- Skin tends to feel sticky when you go overboard with application.
