My Experience with Zoya Nail Polish – Adina:

Zoya nail polish “Adina” was my very first Zoya nail paint that I tried. I always tilt towards wearing unusual colours/finishes, and this attracted me immediately. The colour is a beautiful duochrome finish, belonging to the purple/olive green family, showing these two different colours from different angles. Duochrome nail polishes change colour with the reflection of light. Sometimes, it looks like a purple nail polish with green shimmer and sometimes like a green nail polish with purple shimmer! Zoya nail polishes come in a big 15 ml size, long, squarish kind of curvy bottle, with a black plastic cap. These polishes are made in USA.

The brush is of medium size and I applied two thick coats to achieve this finish. The nail polish applies smoothly, with absolutely no streaks whatsoever and glides onto the nails well. The great thing about Zoya nail polishes is that, as mentioned above, they are free of Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, DBP, and Camphor and are also described as “healthy nail polishes.”

I got 5 days wear time with Adina, with no chips or fading whatsoever. I have other duochromes in Zoya and in OPI, but the duochrome effect is most “powerful” in Adina. I also have a gold/pink duochrome and a white/pearly pink duochrome, but none can match up to Adina. Coming to a little research I did about the name Adina, it is a girl’s name, of Hebrew origin, and it means “noble, gentle and delicate.”

    1. Yes, me too, am a fan of duochrome, my first one being OPI Just Spotted The Lizard (already reviewed here). Thank you, Ida. 🙂

  2. So beautiful! I am always partial towards duochrome shaded fabrics, be it for silk sarees or dresses. They look so gorgeous. So does this nail paint. 🙂
