Outfit of the day: Rocked my 21st birthday in a Mono-Tone Bandage Dress

Hello sweeties,

I just turned 21st on 22nd of November and I think the time has come I realize I am not a little baby anymore. The baby times were soo good with nothing to worry in life. Just playing with those toys and small Barbie dolls and eating those yummy chocolates gave us all the pleasure in life. I wish I had never become big! But that’s not possible right. So I tend to accept whatever life gives me with all that optimistic attitude I can. So here I am with what I wore for my birthday.

Okay, what made me buy this dress? Revealing a thing about this, this dress doesn’t contain any fabric. Shocked right? This is just made up of elastic straps to give you that body hugging feel. They have created a print on those elastic straps. The dress is a bodycon one which sticks beautifully to the body and I just love those tight fitting clothes. But It was a bit difficult to breath in that because you know how big straps wrapped on you would feel. But then after a while, I started feeling comfortable.

I paired it up with my white heels which are very comfortable to walk in. and to break that monotone look, I jazzed the outfit with red accents. I wore a statement red necklace which I love totally. And then I applied a bright red lipstick to carry that red accents look. I carried a red bag to put in the necessities like a comb, my cards and some cash.

That was all about the outfit, for make-up, I used Maybelline clear glow bb cream, loreal paris the minerals true match mineral powder foundation, Maybelline cheeky glow blush in fresh coral, essence eye liner pen and ulta silky smooth lip color in romantic red. I straightened my hair pin straight as usual.

And the cherry on the cake for my birthday (note that sarcasm) was the movie Happy Ending! Dude what was the story? Anything different? Anything to waste 3 hours on that? Typically not. If you haven’t seen than please do not see, buy an eyeliner instead of the ticket, at-least it would be worth it. Hope you liked my birthday dress .. πŸ™‚

I have a question to ask… your hair looks perfectly smooth and healthy and doesn’t look like it has been chemically straightened. What care do you take to get it to look so beautiful?

    1. a home spa every week… with a spa cream and little heat .. that does it all… and proper oiling is a must.. i have limited the blow drying and straightening these days.. just wash the hair and tie it in a braid and bun.. and some home remedies like egg, green tea, yogurt all have helped to recover the health of my hair.. and i think the pictures are from far away which wont give a look of my bad split ends πŸ™‚ thanks a lot btw πŸ™‚
