I have been extremely busy these days and that gives me less time to write reviews, but then, I always hover around IMBB. It is late at night and I am totally driven to write down a detailed review about a shampoo that I have been using for a while now – Garnier Ultra Blends Deep Nourishing Shampoo.

My Experience with Garnier Ultra Blends Mythic Olive Deep Nourishing Shampoo:

The packaging is really attractive; a plastic bottle with a golden flip cap. It is quite convenient to use and carry around but I feel the cap may come off easily. There are various details about the claims of the product and ingredients on the other side of the bottle. The shampoo is transparent and I tend to stay away from such shampoos because of my colored hair. Well, this shampoo claims to be deeply nourishing and I didn’t realize it was a clear shampoo, so that’s why I picked it up. Clarifying shampoos are usually clear and tend to dry out and fade my hair color, but this shampoo is an exception.

The shampoo has a refreshing scent and I could smell shea butter. It lathers really well too and remove all kinds of dirt and grime effectively. My hair was all dirty and dry, thanks to the pollution in Bengaluru and it irritated me a lot! This shampoo did not dry out my hair. Usually Garnier hair products haven’t worked that well on my hair, but the case is different with this one. I usually follow with the conditioner from the same range and my hair is squeaky clean, shiny and soft. This was when I hadn’t oiled my hair.

This shampoo manages to remove oil well and the best part is that it is paraben free. I don’t find many products these days that are free from parabens, so it is definitely a plus point. Overall, I am very happy with this particular shampoo from Garnier.
