Yes, I picked up another oud fragrance đ and I donât regret the purchase. Armani Royal has been on my wishlist for a very long time now and finally, I got my hands on it. Prive is one of the premium perfume ranges by this Giorgio Armani and I wanted to try one fragrance from this range and it had to be an oud fragrance, so here is the review on Royal Oud.

My Experience with Armani Prive Oud Royal Fragrance:
Armani Royal Oud comes housed in a black matte glass bottle with a uniquely-shaped gold stopper. The name of the perfume is printed on a gold plate which is placed on the front of the bottle. The bottle looks and feels expensive, classy, and luxe.
If you are looking for an oud fragrance that is not too strong and not too mild, somewhere in between, then you might like this one. Giorgio Armani Royal Oud is a very unique and beautiful fragrance, perfect for both male and female sexes. On first application, there is a very light oud note with slight spicy tone and after 30 minutes of application, the fragrance translates into a very beautiful woody and sweet fragrance. As it dries down, there is a very soft, creamy, sweet, woody oud scent which is very unique combination. Generally, oud fragrances are very dark and intense, but this particular fragrance is very unique, fresh and beautiful.
The sillage is not very strong, but very intimate. You can smell it and a person sitting next to you can smell it too, but not any further than that. I generally need 4 sprays of this to make it noticeable on me.
The fragrance is more of a day-time appropriate perfume and is perfect for both summer and winter seasons. This is a classy, sophisticated, and elegant fragrance, but not too much in your face. Some people prefer very mild, soft fragrances, and this is one of them.
This lasted for about 12 hours on me. After that, I could smell it, but it was very very mild, but I donât mind that because I donât go out for more than 8 to 9 hours and this perfume did the job for me. Yes, itâs expensive but it’s definitely different than other oud perfumes that I have and itâs basically one of its kind.
