My Experience with Bath and Body Works At the Beach Ultra Shea Body Cream:

I got the smaller tube of the At the Beach Ultra Shea Body Cream, which is a more travel-friendly size. You can also get it in larger sizes. The tube is cute looking, with an ochre-golden flip open cap. Product details are mentioned on the body. The hole dispenses a little amount at a go, which is good as you don’t need much. Overall, packaging is efficient and sturdy for travels.

Starting off with the texture, it is a lightweight yet nourishing cream. It doesn’t feel tacky, greasy or oily, as is the case with many body creams. Instead, it gets absorbed into skin really soon, and gives a soft supple skin. It removes dry patches, especially those near elbows and knees, and gives a smooth hydrated skin.

The scent is mild, and pleasant. I am bad at describing fragrances, but this is a nice happy scent, which doesn’t feel overpowering or bother sensitive noses. It lingers very lightly for an hour.

The moisturization lasts for close to 7-8 hours on my moderately dry skin. If I have AC on, I tend to reapply it in the sixth hour or so, when I have slight stretchiness. But if you don’t have very dry skin or are not exposed to dry air-conditioned environments, its moisturization is going to last for quite a few hours. It doesn’t cause sweatiness even in high humidity nor does it clog pores.

I apply it post shower (mid-day) and once before bedtime. My skin has become softer and smoother, with no dry patches. The best thing is this cute tube can be easily carried in handbags. Whether be it your office desk or car, you can use it anywhere. Plus, this cream has replaced hand cream and foot cream for me too, as it is very light yet nourishing.
