Inglot Single Eyeshadow Shade 325
By Neha Shukla
Hi everyone,
I have been a silent reader of IMBB since months and have posted comments occasionally. After reading from all you beautiful girls out there about how IMBB team treat you and make each one of you feel special made me write my first review here.
Here’s a little about myself. My name is Dr. Neha Shukla and I am a dental surgeon by profession. My love for makeup has led me to write a post here. I have 2 kids..a daughter aged 4 years and a son aged 1.5 years. Though I was unable to practice dentistry all these 4 years, I do intend to resume after a year or so. Till then, I am right here!
I am more of an eye makeup person..though I do love lipsticks too (who doesn’t). So I thought of reviewing one of my favourite eyeshadow as my first post here. I love experimenting on eye colors and bought this one after seeing a lot of videos by our (Indian) makeup gurus. Its the Inglot eyeshadow refill in 325M (M = matte). Without further delay, I am going to jump on the review now.
Cost:
INR 350 for 2.3 gms
Inglot have their own way of selling eyeshadows. Apart from single eyeshadow packaging, there is the Freedom System which, as the name suggests, allows the customer to freely choose from the shades and organize them into their freedom system palettes. Now, if it your first visit to Inglot, they make you buy an empty palette even you buy a single eyeshadow. From the next consecutive visit, one needs to get the empty palette to buy the eyeshadows! It may not always happen with everyone of you but it HAS happened to me, hence the warning! But I still prefer the freedom system as I can keep them all together rather than piling single eyeshadows.
According to Inglot, the eyeshadows are Paraben free and not tested on animals. Coming to the refill, it is, as the name suggests, a matte finish beautiful eggplant purple which, according to me will suit all skin tones. The texture is very smooth and it blends beautifully. I opted for this shade because of its versatility. It goes with nearly all kind of outfits..western, Indian etc and can be worn both during the day and night.
There’s one thing though, it takes a little more effort to build it up and can result in patchy and uneven application. But after you’re done with the entire eye makeup, it won’t budge for good 5+ hours without primer! After that, it fades on me because I have a tendency to rub or touch my eyes a lot.
The Good part about Inglot Refill Eyeshadow Shade 325:
1. Paraben free
2. Cruelty free
3. Color suits all skin tones
4. Smooth texture
5. Blends effortlessly
6. Good staying power
7. Versatile
The Not-So-Good about Inglot Refill Eyeshadow Shade 325:
1. Application can be patchy sometimes.
Here is the swatch of the shade and a few pictures of me wearing a look with the eyeshadow. I paired it with a nude pink lip and pink cheeks.
It is a must-have color for all of you. One should have a good purple eyeshadow in their makeup stash. Go get it girls..you will not regret buying it.
Thank you everyone for reading.

Wow! That’s a great first review. Do keep posting! I’m in awe of your makeup- you look so fresh and beautiful. Could you tell us which lipstick you’re wearing? Also, are you wearing foundation? Your skin is just glowing! I love this dewy finish you’ve got going on! If yes, which foundation? Wonderfully reviewed!
Deepika, thank you so much. I am wearing a Nina Ricci lip liner (lips filled with it). Sadly, Nina Ricci has discontinued its cosmetics. Its just perfumes now.
