My Experience with Deborah Milano Lip Liner #10:
I like the simplicity of wooden lip liners and do not mind sharpening them at all. You do not have to fear about these pencils breaking up like a retractable liner. I like how they would finish up before I get too bored of them. This Deborah Milano lip liner comes in a simple wooden pencil form, but it does not come with a sharpener. It works fine with most sharpeners.
I wouldn’t say it is super creamy but it goes on smooth enough to stop your lipstick from bleeding. It could feel slightly crumbly as well. This lip pencil would not be too smooth for dry lips.
It lasts very well and does not smudge that easily. I like the nice brick red color and it pairs well with a lot of my lipsticks.
