How are you doing today? I am here to talk about my new purchase from Korres which is suitable for every skin type. It is not just a cleanser, but a 3-in-1 cleansing, toning and eye makeup removing emulsion which is packed with the goodness of yogurt, wheat protein etc. Sounds like a unique and tempting product, huh? So let’s read more about Korres Greek Yogurt 3 in 1 Cleansing, Toning and Eye Makeup Removing Emulsion today!
What it is:
A three-in-one Greek yogurt emulsion for cleansing, toning, and makeup removal.
What it is formulated to do:
The original Milk Proteins Cleansing Emulsion is back and boosted with Greek yogurt for two and a half times more skin-nourishing proteins, vitamins, and minerals. This multitasking, calming, and healing emulsion features euphrasia—also known as eyebright extract—which reduces redness, swelling, and irritation, along with antioxidant macadamia and sunflower oils to moisturize and protect skin. The result is a formula that cleanses, tones, and removes even the most stubborn makeup from face and eyes.
• Greek Yogurt Concentrate: Nourishes and moisturizes skin with two and a half times more protein than regular yoghurt, providing essential amino acids.
• Euphrasia (Eyebright Extract): Reduces the appearance of redness, swelling, and irritation.
• Macadamia and Sunflower Oils: Offer moisture and antioxidant protection.

My Experience with Korres Greek Yogurt 3 in 1 Cleansing, Toning and Eye Make-up Removing Emulsion:
The milky emulsion comes in an opaque, sturdy, white bottle with a flip top cap; nothing fancy. It has a strong milky, vanilla smell which I really love. 😛 Over all it is quite user friendly & travel friendly product. The cleanser seems to be a yummy smelling milky emulsion, to me at least, that’s good enough to lick. 😛 It is very creamy in texture with no exfoliating grains or scrubbing granules at all. As the ingredients say it all, it feels like a real treat to my skin as if I am feeding my skin with real curd-milk emulsion as I can smell that milky, sweet fragrance in this emulsion.
Now the gals who stay away from milk might find it irritating, but then it has floral notes which might excite your senses. Now the question arise does it cleanse my skin being a non grainy exfoliating cleanser? The answer is – yes! It sloughs away the traces of face makeup along with oily debris and dry patches very mildly. This is possible probably because it sticks to my skin and with gentle massage my makeup and dirt get dissolved with its foamy lather. I can see that my skin looks more glowing and soft after wiping it off my face. I always prefer wiping it off with cotton for slight exfoliation as well, washing skin later on in case I feel the need of washing my face.
I mean usually wiping off with cotton works well, especially for my face makeup, but it does not remove my eye makeup completely. Hence I need to take one session of water cleansing as well. Yes gals, it does not seem good enough for eye makeup. I noticed that it doesn’t hurt or sting my eyes, but I need to massage it for longer time than usual to get rid of my waterproof eye makeup. I usually prefer other methods for quick makeup removal and rely on this cleanser for cleaning which it does pretty well. It also refines my pores as I see visibly smaller pores with softer, smoother skin post wash or wiping it off.
I usually had a doubt that emulsions won’t work for my oily skin, but it never irritated or aggravated my oily, acne prone skin. It was my nighttime cleansing milk throughout my trip and I never suffered any breakouts from this emulsion. Surprisingly it seems to be a slow-bum for my waterproof eye makeup while I have removed those nasty hair dye marks from my hubby’s skin so effectively with this. I agree that I need to rub it literally while I cannot do the same on my delicate eye area. It removed every last trace of hair dye from his neck as well as forehead which was really impressive! Overall it works like a usual cleansing milk in cleansing – removes face makeup effectively and eye makeup up to some extent, but it also nourishes the skin.
I will definitely recommend it to everyone including beauties with oily, combination, acne prone skin while dry skinned beauties will seriously love it on their skin. But please don’t consider it an eye makeup remover, it may disappoint you! Personally I would like to get it for my facial cleansing and not for eye makeup removal as I need quick-fix for eyes rather than relying on massaging. On a lighter note, my hubby has stocked it for his hair color sessions after watching its effectiveness in removing those dye marks. 😉
Let’s sum up pros and cons:
Pros of Korres Greek Yogurt 3 in 1 Cleansing, Toning and Eye Make-up Removing Emulsion:
• A heavenly smelling milky emulsion which is formulated with the goodness of yogurt powder, soybean oil, wheat protein etc
• It is a delicate cleansing milk for every skin type
• It does not aggravate skin issues
• My skin feels so soft and slippery after each usage
• I find it quite effective for removing face makeup and mild eye makeup
• Post wash, my skin feels soft, nourished and smells yummy with no traces of face makeup or dirt on my skin
• I rarely have to wash my face post using this cleanser
• Quite user friendly & travel friendly product
Cons of Korres Greek Yogurt 3 in 1 Cleansing, Toning and Eye Make-up Removing Emulsion:
• The slimy, milky emulsion takes lot of efforts to get washed off
• Even after washing, my skin feels slippery; it is always good to wipe it off with cotton first
• It is ineffective in removing waterproof eye makeup even if I massage it on eyes as per instructions
• I need generous amount to cleanse my makeup
• Pricey for such a delicate gentle cleansing milk, nothing much
I feel that any cleansing milk will do the job similar to this emulsion, though it nourishes the skin. Hence I am not convinced by its eye makeup removing claims, but it does make a difference to my skin hence yay to its mild, soothing, skin refining and cleansing power. Not to forget my hubby needs it more than me now. 😛 I would like to get this only for my skin. So it is a skip for gals seeking an effective eye makeup remover.
