Kryolan Blusher Dry Rouge- Light red
Hello gals..
How are you all..any plans for the weekend? If you have no other plans you can always go shopping π π
In one of the earlier posts I told you that I am totally loving some of the Kryolan stuff I purchased few weeks ago. Today I am going to review one such beautiful product from Kryolan and it is their Blush or Blusher as they call it..

Product Description :
KRYOLAN Blusher is a color-intensive compact rouge on a cream-powder base. β¨β¨This fine, micronized product assures a pleasant velvety feeling on the skin. The extraordinary selection of more than 32 different colors satisfies all expectations.

Price and Quantity :
Rs.350 for 3.5gms
Shelf Life :
24 months
Ingredients :
The list is long.. really long.. and I often get intimidated on seeing long list of ingredients especially if it is going directly on my face.
Sorry for the bad picture I couldn’t take out the label on the box properly :/
Packaging :
The blush comes in a cute little matte grey plastic case with a flip open transparent lid. The plastic is quite good and this cute little case is packed in a rather boring dull tattered box.
My take on Kryolan Blusher Dry Rouge – Light Red :
This is my first blush from Kryolan. When I was at Kryolan counter I was so confused which one to pick up as all the blushes were so good… but then my love for oranges and peaches never seems to die and I picked up an orangish blush
Texture :
As the description mentions it sure gives a pleasant velvety finish. Absolutely smooth and fine milled powder blush which is slightly creamy.
Color :
It is not a stark orange blush. It is a peachish orange color with a hint of red. Oh and let me tell you it looks stunning when applied. It is color that would brighten up your face any day.
Just apply it with a light hand and do not go overboard. Very little quantity is required. I use it with a brush so can’t comment how it would work if you apply it with finger tips but I guess it would be very difficult to blend if you use finger tips as this is a powder blush.
Staying Power :
If applied on a good base ( i.e, medium to heavy foundations ) it would stay really long.. by that I mean 8 hours +
On a tinted moisturiser or light foundation it would stay on for about 5 hours or so ( not bad )
I have absolutely no issues with this blush so I am going to list all positive points below π
Pros :
- Inexpensive
- Beautiful color that would brighten up your face
- Little would go a long way
- Smooth and velvety texture
- Finely milled powder
- Quite easy to blend
- Doesn’t look chalky
- Staying power is amazing
Cons :
None at all π
Rating :
This one gets 8 out of 5 from me.. solely for it’s color and texture π π
Will I repurchase this :
Yes.. totally !!!
Do I recommend this :
Yes … to all those who are a bit scared of orange colors on cheeks this a perfect color not too loud and stark and one that gives a soft peachish orange glow
Thank you ladies for reading and have a great weekend everyone π
Good review!!! I have never used a blush …. so I don’t know a thing about it… :p
Thanks Vinita.. π
Vinita if you haven’t used a blush yet you must give them a try.. go for soft easy colors in the beginning and once you get a hang of it go for the bold ones..
Blushes always add to the glow and add some structure to your face..
Loved it..so different..
Thanks Bhumika π
i have 2-3 of blushes,..but never had the guts of using them…
Sakhi start using them then.. once you start I am sure you won’t be able to do without them..
I am always tempted to stock more blushes but the only problem is that it is too darn difficult to use them till the last bit and I hate to throw away my cosmetics but many a times I have to.. π
great pictures…..so nice
Thanks Rauni.. I am glad you like them π

dipti,
does krylon has its own bb cream. ur package said made in germany. its where this whole bb cream concept started. so i thought.
Harvinder sorry jee I haven’t gotta clue..but you may want to check there Indian website if they have one..
i wish kryolan was available online π or somewhere nearby π
Surbhi same pich… I would love to see Kryolan products online.. I have to travel really far to get Kryolan stuff π
One good thing about kryolan is that you always get recently manufactured stuff.. The sale is so damn high. Everytime I have been to the Kryolan counter I have seen them stocking so many products full of boxes and customers buying products with a big list
they try to sell old stuff if u r not careful…sometime back i bought a 5 pan blush palette n forgot to check the manf. date at the store…to my horror the date was sometime in 2010-i took it back the very next day n had to fight with the SA’s but finally managed to return it…FYI its the Kryolan Mumbai store @ Oshiwara…..
Oh I was at Beauty Palace Crawford Market.. I am quite happy with the SA there.. But I will be careful next time π
It’s such a different shade of blush. I totally loved the color. It’s quite pretty and would go wonderfully with peachy and coral lipsticks. even oranges. π
Yep Rati it’s goes really well on peachy corals and oranges and some warm red’s too.. It goes really well with warm lip colors π
