Here is one more pink, from the same range, in the name Pink Passion by Lakme. For those who are not very fond of soft pinks, this one is for you.

My Experience with Lakme Pink Passion Absolute Sculpt Studio Hi Definition Matte Lipstick:-

A lot has already been said about the packaging, I would not bore you repeating the same; my two cents regarding the packaging would be, a color coded sticker at the vase and matte body would have made this oh-so-perfect. Here you have to remember the shade name and the finish if you have more than one in this range. Not a huge con but why not look at the possibilities of betterment.

The texture is a complete LOVE. As much as I liked the velvet matte range of Faces, I am liking these as well. Almost all the shades from this range are summer appropriate and kudos to Lakme for that. This is moisture matte as per my opinion and hence very comfortable on the lips. Also it does not feel heavy or sticky on the lips. The lightweight formula would be like wear and forget.

The pigmentation is buildable, one swipe is good for regular wear, but if you want a longer stay multiple swipes are required. These do not move from the lips and hence lip liner is totally optional. I love how smoothly it glides on the lips and gives a velvet matte finish to the lips.

This particular shade is a bright pink with reddish undertones. It can add glam to the whole look in a single swipe. Not a shade that is on-the-face, yet beautifully bright and happy. Can be worn both during day and night and pairs well with ethnic and western wear. Having said that, this is not a unique shade, but again, this a bright happy matte pink.

The only complain if I HAVE to make one would be the transfer to the cups/cutlery. The staying power ranges from 5-6 hours depending on the food/drink intake. With a liner the stay improves up to 7 hours; but I avoid the liner as I enjoy the lightweight texture.
