Summer calls for some fresh, bright coral lipcolors. I love peachy coral shades, so I picked this Maybelline Color Whisper Lipstick in the shade I Crave Coral. It is a lovely shade for young girls. Let’s get into the review.

My Experience with Maybelline Color Whisper by Color Sensational Lipcolor – I Crave Coral:
Packaging: When I first saw the lipstick, I fell in love with this super gorgeous, coral orangey clear packaging. It looks so attractive and summery actually. I just love this tube.
Shade: I Crave Coral is a beautiful peachy coral shade with a hint of orange. It looks like a perfect summer shade. It instantly gives a fresh touch to my face and it looks so cute on lips. It contains very fine shimmers which never look overpowering on lips. This shade is not super pigmented. With one swipe it looks like a sheer lip balm. So you need multiple swipes for the actual color to show up. It also can’t cover dark, pigmented lips. But on me, this shade looks so gorgeous.
Texture and quality: First of all, this is not for matte lovers. It has a super smooth, soft, glossy texture which easily glides on lips. According to the description, it is a translucent gel lip color and it actually feels like glossy gel kind of texture on lips. It has a shiny finish and looks so glossy. It is really good for dry lips. It feels light on lips also and never looks patchy. But I need to prepare my lips before applying this. Otherwise it highlights the dry, rough texture of my lips. It also has a nice mild smell. It doesn’t stain and doesn’t crease at all. It is also easy to remove from the lips. But as it is a super creamy lip color, it transfers a lot.
Staying power: It doesn’t stay for long actually. With light snacks, it stays for around 4 hours. The glossy texture fades after 2 hours and then it leaves a soft, satin finish. It can’t survive a meal. It needs reapplication after 3 hours.
Maybe it is not the best lip color, still I can’t stop myself from loving this shade. It looks so pretty on me. I really don’t mind the low staying power. This will be my most worn casual summer shade in 2016.

I really love this shade. You can try this shade if you love this color. But you must read all the cons of this lipstick. If you are satisfied, only then try this one. It is a nice option for dry lips and it looks really cute.
