What I like about Pond’s Face Wash:
● It is soap free
● It is a ph neutral product
● Face does not look or feel dull and lifeless even after sun exposure and atmospheric pollution.
●I have been using it for a few months now and my skin has never experienced any break outs after using it.
● Since a very small amount is required each time, the tube lasts me a good 3-4 months.
● The fragrance: it is completely out of this world! Very mild and characteristic of most Pond’s products. It makes me feel fresh, alive and awake
● The texture and consistency: it is a creamy semi-transparent white gel which is neither too thick nor too runny.
● It makes my skin feel squeaky clean, soft and smooth as well as pampered. It removes all dirt and grime very effectively.
● My skin does not feel stretchy post wash (if I have applied only a regular quantity of this face wash).
● Produces a slight creamy white lather and removes my face make-up easily.
● I find the price to be very economical.
What I don’t like much about Pond’s Face Wash:
● It contains parabens
● May not be suitable for very oily skin. Though I have combination skin and it does remove those extra oils in my skin effectively.
● Your skin will feel stretchy if you are used to applying more than a few drops of face wash to cleanse your skin.
● It does not get washed off easily with hard water.
Verdict: A good bet for dry skin particularly in winters. I totally recommend this to those with normal or dry skin. A product that truly stands by all its claims.

Would you purchase again?: No. But that’s only because I found my HG face wash in Fabindia between 3 purchases of this Pond’s tube.

i am using the toner from that range and lovvvvvveeeeeee it… next will try the facewash… the only problem is availability. Have to go to a mall to pick fab india stuff…

i was eyeing on this esp after seeing those cute teen ads .. wanted a soap free face wash so tired of using the same neem face wash of himalaya 😛 (no complains though) but wont try it now me oily skinned 🙂 would try lotus now 🙂

Will try that sometime. @Natasha : I went to Chambor yesterday to pick up dazzle in black n teal and the SA was trying so hard to convince me to buy Chambor facewash. The only thing stopping me ws tht it was for ‘all skin types’. And I checked out Bourjois blushes- #33 was sooo gorgeous! Liked 74 also-it ws the only matte one in pink. Thank you fr telling me. i don’t buy any skincare products ankita, chambor or any other brand. Just a fabindia facewash and 2 fabindia creams. so cannot say how chambor skincare is like. but i hope u bought the eye pencils-they are really good. yeah me too want to buy bourjois sweet kiss lipsticks and their blushes. i even saw their loose powder recently and its wow! it melts into my skin :woot:
Well, i have ponds clear solutions face wash and i find using a pea-sized amount (literally – imagine the size of one pea) creates a tremendous amount of lather. then again, i live in a place where the water is really soft.

Well, i bought this ponds face wash, and mine is a dry skin. It really dint work out for me. My skin cracked and after a few mins i could see white patches of skin coming out. So, i had to apply some face cream on it. After applying d face cream, my face was on fire! I really couldn’t take it.
This ponds face wash really has many chemicals! And, it is not out dated too.. I make sure of d date on every product i buy.. Also, we have hard water in our area.
Whats wrong vth dis product on my face?
